This number called me at 2:53PM on August 1, 2013. I read above that its a gateway for a phone in South America. The odd thing is, one week ago someone hacked my Facebook from South America. I'm very alarmed.

I believe this may be a Vonage number.

Someone from this number just called me on my work number.  I decided to call back out of curiosity and I got a message that this is disconnected number.  Something is not kosher here.

these morons called again today - no one on line

310-215-9808 Daniel/Telemarketer from "Home Design Center" keep calling to sell windows & come out to do a "free-estimate"! When I told them I was on the governments "DoNotCall" list he abruptly hung up! Just sign up on the DoNotCall.gov list and you can report them! Try to get the name of the business when telemarketers violate your rights to privacy & not use your phone to sell you something or harass you in your own home! Definitely need the phone number they called from too!

Has called at least for the last 3 days and more days previously.  Left no messages

This number is seriously becoming a pest. Calls everyday and hangs up. Either fix this or I am going to police. This is ridiculous and needs to stop!!!

Received two calls from this number, shows up as calling from inglewood, why me!

Called and didn't leave a message. Number shows as from Inglewood also, I don't know anyone in Inglewood! Thanks to all the previous posts, I can feel good about ignoring this number in future.

I got calls also & do not answer. I guess Columbia also has a non-functioning DNCL program.

Received a call on my cell phone and she ask for me by name.  Claimed to be calling from Southern California Edison offering solar energy installation for SCE customers.  I declined.  After hanging up, I realized that SCE does not even have my cell number.  Called the number.  "Number disconnected"  Number added to my blacklisted numbers.  Also reported to SCE customer service fraud department for investigation.

The same thing happened to me as the post above.  They called my cell on Nov. 1, 2013 at 9:30am, asked for me by name and claimed to be from SCE trying to sell solar panels and they even had my address, when I'm not even an SCE customer.

Got a call from this number on St. Patrick's Day 2-14, no message, but I don't know anyone in Colombia.

We get a call on the daily. I picked up once and no answer. They never leave a message.

55 is the country code from Brazil, not Colombia. My caller ID said the call was from "V32413155100" and also showed the 310-215-9808 number. I don't answer these calls.
