Go to ftc.gov and file a complaint on the id phone number.  They only enforce the law if they are made aware and only then if a caller gets complaints in great numbers.

I used to get IBD and then I cancelled it (great paper, but I just dont have time to read it); however, these idiots dont understand that Im serious when they call and I say that I dont want the paper.  Ive literally told them 30 times over the last 2 years that I dont want their F'ing paper. Its so annoying.  And I can ask them to take me off their list and they never do.  Each time they'll say "but we have a great deal".....I know its a great deal,,,theyre all great deals; the fact of the matter is I dont want the paper.  So annoying......

They started calling me about six weeks ago, and they have just started again. I did briefly subscribe to IBD so it probably is them. Why do they hang up when I answer?

I have been getting calls from this number every week. I have told them several times to take me off their calling list. Now they simply call and hang up. Very unprofessional.

They are looking to sell subscriptions to their stock market/investor newspaper. It is a very good paper-- expensive-- but these calls are not necessary.

So, how do we get them to stop calling.  I registered on the "Do Not Call List" for my cell and phone number. Now what.

yup, just got a bunce of calls from this number too.  didn't pick up the phone, but as someone mentioned above i think it's IBD.   I just signed up with IBD for a free trial subscription of there newspaper

I get a call from this number at least once a day for the past 3 months. Nobody ever speaks and they hang up with no comment

Whoever it is has been calling me for about a week. I answered their call once and they say nothing. They just called today and I immediately put their number in to find out exactly who they are.

This call comes in 2x a day every other day & never anyone there. Reverse directory failed to locate the caller. This is a California area code. Call is now blocked on my phones ...

I got a call from this number and no one is there. Who the heck is this? Stop calling and wasting our time.

I've had the same problem so I just called them and told them to stop calling me. They took my name and found it in their databank. He assured me there will be no more calls. So we'll see....
What a very stupid marketing plan on their part. Nothing like pissing off your customres eh?

I also get many calls from this # 3104486034 on my answering machine. Never leaves a message. Obviously a robocall nuisance.

Yes, this number is Investors Business Daily.  They continue to telephone my home and then no one is on the other end when answered.  I returned the call and was advised the number does not receive calls?  IBD on their web site advises this is the number to call to discontinue receiving calls???

Good paper, but I wish these [***] would stop calling my cell phone.  I've already told them I'm not interested.  It doesn't seem to stop them...

All you have to do is asked to be placed on their "do not call" list.  You won't get another call.
