Hi guys.
Ever since I went to Orlado Orange lake resort (If I remember the name correctly) on vacation, then to Myrtle beach on an RCI vacation exchange, I started getting calls from all these fake numbers. How do I know? Because I gave a number which only few  people have and I kept track as to who I gave the #.
Try to remember who you gave the number to and I bet it is at least one time you were on vacation. Pobbily with some timeshare company of affiliates.

Just a thought.
There has to be some kind of law which we can make an example out of these people.

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell and home number

Now Caller ID says "Gardenia, CA.  It still doesn't leave any message.

Don't have credit cards, don't have a time share. Called two nights in a row, same number different reasons.

keep calling my phone saying I owe money. It getting on my nerves

Phantom calls from this number. Either calls and hangs up or no one on the other end of the call

Second call in two weeks from whoever this is. Since I never answer calls from numbers I don't know, I have no idea what they want. I, too, am on the Do Not Call list. This is *not* acceptable.

Today is Friday, November 8, 2013, which means this entity has called me EIGHT TIMES (8) in AS MANY DAYS!!!  AND, Dear Readers, each time I've received a call from said entity, I've immediately, and abruptly ended the call, immediately redialed the call (from my caller I.D. on my cell phone), and have responded to the automated voice on the other end requesting me to "press '1' if you wish to be removed from future marketing calls."  Unfortunately, Dear Readers, I have contacted this number repeatedly, and requested...repeatedly...to be REMOVED from future contact, and despite the voice on the other end saying "please, allow up to 72 hours for this to take effect," apparently this is a 72-hours-from-never LOOPHOLE that this entity didn't think we, the public, wouldn't catch on to!

Call the LA Police give them the number.

I actually answered this call.
It is an automated service with a "2nd and final notice to reduce my Credit Card debt.  I must have $4000 in debt and be in good standing.  Press #1 to talk to a live person"....I did not go that far.  It did give me the option to "press #3 to be removed from this "very important" list"...I did do this.  (I'm sure they will call back)

Credit Card offer to lower interest rates.  Numbers are disconnected. They are a SCAM.  Scam is to get the Zip Code first and then say that they need to verify that one account is in good standing with a balance of $4k or more. The then ask for the card number and / or the expiration date. Finally they ask for the card number. Most of the time they will ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number. Then they put you on hold and check the card using the phone number on the back of the card. I wasted about 15 minutes of their time giving a card that had been replaced. Gave fake zip code and etc.   Waste their time if you like however don't give them a real working card number. KEY WORDS, Fraud, ID Theft, Scam, Steal ID, Crime, Fraud Charges.
