Computer message regarding claiming back PPI - call based in Chicago, but I live in London.

.phoned several times, silence then only a female voiced recorded: "...good bye" then hangs up.
unidentified caller and number, pointless, potentially threatening?

Would not leave a message. I refuse to answer such calls.

A lady whit an Asian accent called in. Asking if I do speak English. She told she was for PC maintenance.  I told her not to be interested in this pirating thing. She hung up. So someone try to break in into my PC by trying to get my loggin info. Never give your passwords or usernames to that lady, or anyone on the phone. Banks or PC shops or firms never make such calls . Hung down your phone fast as possible!!!!!!

I've been getting calls from this number!!!  I do not answer but how I can block this caller!!!

Got a call this evening from Chicago IL with this caller ID number, from a man with a thick Indian or Pakistani accent. Said he was from "Windows IT department" and that I have a virus problem with my home computer. The first tipoff that this is fraudulent is that I have an Apple Mac computer, so Windows is out of the question. Secondly, when I laughed at him, he became angry and asked why I was laughing. I told him these calls are amusing and this bothered him greatly. He asked if I understand Hindi, and when I said yes, he said several things under his breath. I wished the same to him and said goodbye. Why can't these spoofed calls be stopped? Where are the NSA and the FBI and Google spies when we need them?

they call pretending they call from IRS and leave another no to call back.It seems to be a new kind of scam.Please check this one out .Thank You. Andrew F

Also got calls last week twice saying the IRS has a law suit against me and I should call 206-462-5425.  Got recording to leave a message.  Called it on Easter.

Call on my cellphone today. Did not leave message.....
I never answer unknown phone numbers.

Got a call and they started to leave a message and said "This automated message is the last warning from the IRS.  The purpose of this call was" and cut off.  It was from Chicago, IL.  I knew it was not the IRS.  That's not the way they make calls.  It's annoying the keep having these types of calls.  I get so many from 800 Service and Out of Area and I never answer any of them.  The 800 Service will call up to 4 or 5 times a day with different numbers.
