Some girl calls me, states her name and says she's calling for ID watch, says nothing more. I asked her "what do you want"(really annoyed). She yells "shut up" and hangs up. 10 min. later Unknown name, unknown number calls and hangs up. Scam?!?!? That's what I'm thinking. Also looked up ID Watch on google and found nothing.  

I get the same thing from the same number and ID everyday.

I have gotten a call from this numer 3 times today.  

Yep, some very annoying morons that call.  I'm reporting them to the FCC.

id watch call told them never to call again  well they called again on 02-12 at 9:21 am

verry rude told the lady on the phone that i was going to turn her in for  robo calling  and se  did not care !

Same call. FCC does absolutely nothing and these companies know that to be a fact. They can and will do whatever they want simply because they can.

I did get call from the same number, but did not answer, and they did not leave message.
Just ignore them as the first step.
As the second step, FTC is toothless organization. In order to add real power to FTC on unsolicited calls, call o e-mail Illinois Federal Senator or Federal Representative to initiate hearing in Congress of FTC activity on that mainly not grinding FTC, but rather asking what power Congress should grant FTC to effectively fight those scam calls. I hope they will listen to you because this is election year.

I got a call from this number. The illegal alien, I'm assuming said her name was Bella and she was from ID Watch. I said, so what do you want? She went into her script and asked me what my age bracket was. That's when I grabbed my trust worthy very annoying BS button and kept pressing it. I m not sure why she hung up. When she calls back I will ask her! Haha

Have had 4 calls from this number this week. No one on the other end. How annoying!

not sure if it was this number or not but kept getting calls from one, I finally told them that I was with the local mafia and I was going to track  them down and cut there tongue out and cut there hands off, have not heard from them in a while

I received 3 calls from ID WATCH on Feb 13th that I did not answer.  When I got the 4th call on Feb 14th and answered with "Why are you calling me when I am on the Do Not Call List".  They hung up.

I DID just submit a complaint with the FTC for a violation of the National Do Not Call Registry.  Maybe if they get enough complaints for the same phone number, they will look into it.  It seems like it could be some kind of SCAM since nobody can find any information about this company online.  Hopefully we can prevent some unsuspecting Senior Citizen from suffering unnecesarily.

I received a call and after a long pause, someone started speaking.  (1st clue)  ID Crime Watch (idcrimewatch.com) wants to offer ID protection for 6 months for free if I'll just verify some personal information.  Since I'm doing my own ID protection, I would not answer her questions about my private information.  I kept her off script.  I repeatedly asked for the company's web site so I could investigate them further before answering anything - including my name.  When my browser blocked the web site as suspicious, I ended the call.  Be smart - don't give private information to cold calls and people you don't know.

the company is IDcrimewatch  seems like a legitimate offer of their services.....geez!  if you don't want it, just say no Thank you.

Number calls often. No answer on other end. But the phone line doesn't go dead either. So what do they want. I send into the do not call register so they can investigate. If enough of you follow through and make a complaint to the do not call registry, granted you entered your phone # in at least 31 days prior then maybe they would investigate. You will get a form reply as noted:

By the way if any one has not figured it out yet the Federal "Do Not Call List"  is totally and absolutely worthless. Don't waste your time with it. I don't even know why it exist.

Received call, left no message on answer machine for call back. I attempted to call, advised number not working.
