This number keeps calling my cell number every day. Please make them STOP.

Caller ID, "NORC U CHICAGO",  I don't think a legitimate survey would have women laughing to leave a message on my answering machine and that is all they did!  Obviously, just another phishing scam!

We have contests to see who can keep them on the phone the longest.  Not necessarily with this one, but in general. :)

If this isn't a phishy scam spoofing a legitimate CDC number, I'll eat my hat.
I've learned not to answer after declining the first time the moment they asked for SSNs and things, but we're at three times in two days now, and always at really odd times of the day. Just don't bother with them.

It's also been three days and they've called five times since I'd last posted that. Incidentally.

Call tonight said CDC short survey about childhood immunizations for cell phone users. How did they know it was a cell phone if it was, as he said, randomly generated? And what relevance could that have to the subject of their supposed survey anyway? Told him twice, politely, that I did not want my phone used for unsolicited calls, and finally that I was hanging up.

Keep getting calls every month, This time I denied their call. Hopefully, they won't call me again. If they do, I will call.

They call me every other day.
The first time they called me I told them I was busy, but I did not want to participate and to remove me their calling list.
The lady that called got upset and was demanding me to do the survery because kids would benefit from this, and I needed to make time for the survery. I decided not to answer their calls and now they just wont give up!!!

Called me today.  Said they were CDC and asked if I was 18.  I asked how they got my number.... she replied that it was random and that they are doing a survey.  I said "you're telling me you are with the Center for Disease Control right?"

She said yes.

"Ok", I said.  "Tell me where the CDC is located then."

"I think in Chicago" she replied.

"WRONG.  It is in Atlanta Georgia!!"  and I hung up.

Obviously she never watched The Walking Dead.

Hi everyone here please relax. I did take the time to speak with a very nice well read student from U Chicago. He is a part of a contracted team thru the CDC and the survey is important
It has to do with gov funding being funneled in the right direction to insure the children are innoculated correctly and if there is an issue with children overlooked for reasons of funding his questions and your acccuraye answers will enable a correct accurate number for the area and additional funding vs state level politicians or municipalities giving incorrect inaccurate info to the Center for Disease Control or the money has been allocated and instead of taking care of the local children maybe the gov or county level governing boards are reroutung the fed funds and not distributing the grant funding properly Either way it's an important call be honest as this amounts to an non pervasive no names census finally about real issues of importance  The best results and cooperation on your parts get the important CDC info and in return your schools and medical practices will be monitored and these shots will actually make it to the kids   Must be an Obamacare good thing I would think!  So call them back and do your thing and pass around the number to friends and family and do on

Same problem.  Multiple calls.  They even get past blocked call list.

I called CDC.  They gave 1-877-220-4805 at NORC U Chicago to call.  I called, complained, and they are removing my phone number from their call list.  I hope it works.  Website www.cdc.gov/vaccines/NIS verifies this phone number is legit and survey is legit.

Contacted CDC.  They gave me 1-877-220-4805 to call.  (312) 578-7017 is a legit NORC U Chicago phone number.  The immunization survey is a legit survey.  Good news is that the 877 number representative is removing my number from the call list.

they told me they were recording and was i doing anything dangerous such as driving .i said i was playing with my [***] and they hung up on me.  its better than whispering im going to kill you . when people i dont know call my number they get what they deserve.

screw your advice the government knows how many doses are made and sold. they dont need anything from you, not a damn thing.

yep I just got the call and I said you realize what time it is it's Sunday night 8:30 then I specifically said do not call my f****** house again

Got a call on my cell phone.  I have put my cell number on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Did not answer the call.  No voice message was left.
