This caller calls at least twice a day and says nothing! WHO ARE YOU!

I got four of these annoying calls this evening.  The call is like a robo call.  The voice starts to ask "Are you
unemployed or underemployed."  Then the call goes to a dial tone.  I've  called this number back and then
it goes straight to a dial tone.

This number has called me 13 times in the last 2 days! I want it to STOP!

This is the credit card scam.   When you get a live person, just blow a whistle and the calls stop for a few weeks!

This number has been calling daily 312-683-9642 and hangs up on me.  I call back the number and get a message "Unable to process your call right now.  Please try again later."  I am on the Do Not Call list.  Calling daily is phone harassment.  Reporting this to the Attorney Generals office.
