This is the fifth time they callb me with bul [***]. What can do to stop it

I keep getting phone calls from this number and getting harass by it and I want the calling to stop.

I want this number removed from a list for them calling me

They are rude and making strong sexual remarks.

This person calls everyday but does not leave a voicemail. Def has all your information which is very very scary!!!!!

I too have been getting numerous calls from the same guy mostly, but with a variety of numbers.  I've got a dozen or more numbers at this point.  heavily accented Indian man calls, claims his  name to be something generic and American.  it's always "kevin Johnson", "Brandon Jones", "John white", or "David Smith", etc.  they always ask for me by name and tell me that my loan has been approved for up to 10,000 dollars.  

One time I wanted to see where this went, and what personal info they had on me, so I played along. Totally freaked out that they had my full name, address, DOB, SSN, bank routing number and account number, as well as my drivers license number!!! How the hell they obtained all this information is beyond me, but they've got it.

What they're trying to do here is offer you a loan, and in order to finalize this "loan", they want you to get what they call a "premium protection insurance" policy. This allegedly covers your premium payment should something happen where you cannot Pay for some reason. They ask you to go and purchase a prepaid debit card from which you will eventually pay for this insurance. They instruct you to put an amount on the card that will cover the cost of the policy. Then they will ask you for your cards serial number, not to withdraw anything, they assure you, but just to verify that the card is active and that you have enough on there to make the eventual payment once all the paperwork is finalized.  This is all [***], people, they will just drain the card and you'll never see this "loan".  also, once you do this you'll also never hear from them again, or they'll try to tell you that they need you to deposit even more money to cover some other [***] fee to finalize this "loan", and they'll take that too. I've read many nightmare scenarios about this scam.  Watch out.  btw, they claim to

I've been getting calls every 20 minutes since 7am from all different numbers, including this one. It is an Indian man asking for "Brenda" or "Linda." Every time I say we're on the DO NOT CALL list and ask how he got our number, he laughs and hangs up. When I call back, the number has been disconnected or plays music but no one ever answers. The best thing you can do is contact your Attorney General and request a "Cease and Desist Order." They will send you paper and you'll need to enter the number(s) that have been calling. Hopefully this will end. I can't believe this kind of harassment is actually legal.

I got a phone from this number as well... asking for his girlfriend.... this guy is nuts...

They have been calling me for the past 2 days. The same heavy Indian accent as the other posters. Yesterday he said he was David from Cashland and congratulated me that my loan has been approved. Today he was Alex from Cash Advance. After the 7th call I decided I had had enough. The next time he called I said I did not apply for a loan and he told me to **** his ****. So I said "very professional" and hung up. They called one last time and a lady asked if I applied for a loan and I said no, so she hung up. The next time they call I will record it.  

Same Indian guy  keeps calling me saying that he isfrom the US Treasurey Dept and that he has money for me.

Cash advance, they say don't trust!

They have been calling for the past 2 days. 3 - 4 times a day.

Said my loan was approved & even knew my full name. Said I didn't apply & when he insist it was me I hung up.

One guy called me saying I was approved for a $10,000.00 loan. He read me all my information, and asked if it was correct, it was. He insisted that I go to my nearest CVS, and stay on the phone with him until I got there.He then put another guy on the phone, to approve everything. I told them I didnt have no money he kept saying I could put $80, $70, and so on, on this card to show that I can make my payments, but they won't touch it, they just need to see it. I then hung up on him, they called back and i told them I reported them, and he said okay thank you and hung up. Then called back 3 times.

I picked it up right away as I'm having remediation done on my home due to a flood, and I'm getting calls from various insurance companies.  It was just some male mumbling something I couldn't understand so after my second "hello?" I just hung up.
