They're using caller ID spoofing to make them sound like a legit company to help you with tech issues. "MEMBER SERVICES - 1-313-355-5255" I've also noticed that number that start with, "313-355-XXXX" are usually solicitors. I've never answer their calls. They call all the time and so I just used my landlines blocked list and blocked them.

Caller Id:  Member Services, no message.

Caller ID showed Member Services. I was pretty sure it was a telemarketer but I picked up anyway. Said from General Electric Home Security and I told him I already have home security. He asked if it was less than 3 years old. I said it didn't matter, that I was on the Do Not Call Registry, and asked that they not call back. He said he was sorry and would check the records. Probably will call back repeatedly, so I will block this number!

Anybody else notice that numbers starting with (313) 355-52XX are scammers?

I keep getting these annoying robot calls from "General Electric Home Security" trying to sell me home security. I pushed yes, to speak with someone and Steve came on the line and rattled on about General Electric Home Security and identified himself as "Steve" after asked him to repeat what company he was with and what was his name, he must have sensed that I was extracting information from him to sue him, He hung up on me.
The caller ID on my phone reads  "MEMBER SERVICES" and the number is 313-355-5255. I tried to reverse the number and they have it blocked.  

Just got a call from this number and I am on the do not call list.  I am getting up to five calls a day that I have no knowledge of who they are.

recieved call  they said they were from the United States and they worked for the Federal Government department.  I have been called to tell me I have qualified for an immediate deposit of 7000.00$     Man also said "I am an American citizen calling from the United States.  When asked for name of department he was with, he didn't answer,  I told I wasn't interested and didn't believe him.  I hung up

I have received multiple calls from 313 366-5255. No one is there when I answer. No message if I don't.

Received a call from this telephone number, 313-355-5255, today, 09/19/2014 at 12:42pm CDT, which my CallerID showed as Member Services ..... I do not know anyone with this telephone number, nor who the h**l Member Services is ..... It rang three (3) times and stopped ...... I did not answer the call so I can not say who was calling ..... I am on the Do Not Call List, and I read my telephone numbers every January, and I still get calls ..... I have reported this many times to the FCC, Federal Communication Commission, and my U.S. Congressional Representatives and I still get them ..... Even the telephone company will not help stop them, nor do any thing to stop the calls ...... Call is from US Xchange of WISCONSIN out of Detroit, Michigan ...... This Company, US Xchange of WISCONSIN, is a relay service for call from overseas ......

Just, at 1:10pm CDT 09/19/2014, received ANOTHER call from MEMBER SERVICES, at 313-355-5255, and it rang three time and I did not answer it ..... The call is from US Xchange of Wisconsin, and orignated from Detroit, Michigan ..... US Xchange of Wisconsin is a company which RELAYS CALLS FROM OVERSEAS ..... THE TELEPHONE COMPANIES, THE FCC, NOR THE U.S. CONGRESS WILL DO ANY THING TO SHUT THE DOWN, NOR DO ANY THING TO STOP THEM FROM CALLING .....

called my cell but I did not answer. No voice message left. Called # back & got a busy signal.

Got a call today from these people caller id says member service~

Just added this number to my blocked number list.

Why do people insist on answering or calling back numbers they don't recognize, falling right into the hands of these groups?  If it's a legitimate call, they'll call again or leave a message.

Got missed call from this number. No message.  I don't know anyone who lives in Michigan.

Robot call for a security company offering a free yard sign and security systems.

ID says Member Services - it is a telemarketer and I am on the do not call list

This number calls daily.  It is offering a free security system and other "fee" things.  It says to press 9 to be put on their dnc list which I have done many times and they still keep calling....it's all a recorded message.  Ready to report to the fcc.  Fed up!!!!

Caller ID initially said Kaiser Permanente, Member Services and so I answered.  It is a recording that is talking about break ins and would like to put a sign up in your yard, at that point I hung up.  Kaiser Permanente would not initiate a call like this....
They are getting more bold, these people.

Caller ID showed OHIO CALL. Didn't leave message. I think this number is "spoofed"  I've received several phone calls w/n message left Caller ID may or may not show CUSTOMER RELAT.. a bogus phone number or my phone number!  No  message but background noise suggests the caller is outside or internet static; recording lasts for 8-13 seconds b4 disconnect.
