Received a call from this number... Stated they were Bank of America and asked for my husband (who was not home).  I then called Bank of America and was told that they were not trying to get ahold of me for any reason....  This was completely a spam call.  Do not give any information to the people at this number!!!

Same experience as everyone else - the caller ID said BANK OF AMERICA, but when I answered the phone, nobody spoke on the other end.

Calls 4 days in a row, around 7 pm EST.  No messages. I am on Do Not Call list.  Am a very senior citizen and worry about scams.

Did not answer the first time received call from this number the middle of the afternoon.  Answered when called before 9pm, no one said a word so I hung up.  I will not answer from this number ever again.

caller ID said Bank of America...I answered but no one was on other end

Repeated calls, all hours of the day.  Not legit.

Caller ID says Bank of America, but Bank of America says this number is not affiliated with them. Misrepresentation and abuse of do not call list.

Got a call. 2nd in 11/2hour, around 8:43pm, claiming to be calling from Bank of America

a pause on line then some ghetto speaking girl from bank of america taking survey  ask if husband was there, I told her I am on the account but wouldn't speak with me. wanted to know when he would be in, said I did not know.  said bye...

Has called every night this week, always after 7 p.m.  Never leaves a message.  Caller ID says "Bank of America".  Tonight, I answered after the 3rd ring.  No one there and it automatically went to a busy signal.

total scam, there is no survey, its a ploy to get information from you.  they have called 7 times now, the bank was informed and told us it is a scam.....do not give out any information on the phone, they know who you are but you don.t know who they are.  our scam and con calls are increasing, so whoever they are they are successful at what they do or they wouldn't continue calling.

It's not a legit survey company. Do you have a court judgment or collection notice out on you? These people are trying to get information on your name and whereabouts and job so they can harass you. They call from same number but different area codes. Whichever suits their purposes. Do not give out any information to them over the phone. Do not even verify who you are.

per my bank, this is a phishing scam for bank card info. caller is maritz cx, identifying itself as doing satisfaction survey contracted by my bank, but caller id info comes up as my bank's name and 314-226-1459 (when called back,a maritz recording answers). my bank says they did not order survey. when i call phone number maritz gave me (800-432-1000), supposedly for my bank, to check whether bank authorized survey, recording asks for bank access id number or complete credit card number!!! when i call phone number maritz gave me to check on their company (800-864-8601), it's just a recorded message to leave my phone number to be deleted from their call list. yeah, i'm really going to do BOTH of those things!!! i called my bank's fraud dept. and they said the whole thing is a fraud and to hang up immediately if maritz calls back. BEWARE, as these people sound very professional. don't be duped--just hang up.

IMPORTANT NOTE RE 314 226 1459: 5/19/2016 I sent an e-mail to  Maritz Marketing advising them of harassing phone calls and that someone using a caller ID of Bank of America may be conducting a SCAM or ID Theft scheme with the caller claiming to be conducting a survey fpr Maritz Marketing. I received a kind reply from Maritz Marketing saying they are indeed a legitimate company and they DO conduct customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of Bank of America thus the Caller ID. They removed my number from their list. Maritz has a website where you can register a complaint. If you do complain. PLEASE be civil. You need THEIR cooperation. If you are nasty, you will only shoot yourself in the foot.....
