Called and left a message stating that they had a pending case against me and that they need to hear from me or my attorney ASAP, and if I didn't call back they'd be filing a case and that I should 'prepare myself accordingly' ....probably a shady debt collector, trying to pass themselves off as a legit law firm.  Blocked the number.

“Lisa Newman from Mediation Recovery Centers you have a case in our office that requires your immediate attention...” I received the same call (verbatim) last week. Different company, but same ol’ scam. Added to the blocked list and reported to BBB and state’s attorneys office.

Definitely a scam!

Lisa Newman we have a pending case against you, press 1 for mediator....pressed one..disconnected.  Received call last week with veiled threat and possible lawsuit.....reporting to state attorney general of Missouri

Recieved same call from same lady by that name. Ignored it and started doing research because we have no debt in collections.  Probably just another  scammer.  04/02/18

They SAID A NAME but the they say that if they do not hear form whoever or an attorney that will be filing paper and if she do not hear for the person or they attorney she said govern yourself accordingly. they gave a phone number. Did not ask or call anybody name so we did not know who they wanted. Everything we got is being taking care of.

I have received the exact same phone call with the exact same verbiage mentioned above 2 days in a row now. I also believe it to be a scam.

Recorded message fr Lisa, pending case against you, u or attorney call me back today.
Funny, no pertinent info like, case number, what this is about, oh yeah, who u calling.
I guess a job is a job!

Report to State Attorney a General of Missouri, good idea.

I also received the same call did not mention me by name so i will report to the BBB and iCE

Received the same call yesterday and today.  Said the same thing about pending case and my lawyer or I need to call them.  They left these messages on my voicemail.

Robocall..about something that requires my immediate attention. I figure if it's that important for "my immediate attention" they aren't going to have some machine call me. Problem is..
I get the same call every week.  I don't know how to stop these criminals. I've contacted Attorney General's  office,  and they tell me nothing can be done to stop them. It's getting very tiresome.

Got the same message and reported to the Missouri Attorney General Office

I reported these calls to Missouri Attorney General also.

Received same message  2 dsys in a row as all the above persons. Never said my name. Call back and  got generic voice mail.  Not caller voice. No mention of company name.

exact same as above. There is a legit company called Mediation Recovery Services in Dekalb Georgia I believe. I called the legit company. Also called State Attorney General

Same Call. Don't mention my name or anything associated with me, just trying to scare and scam people. Very annoying and pathetic.  I received two calls w/ the same exact message but different numbers (314-390-0307 + 314-390-0913).  When I called the number ending in *0913 a recording said "the number was not set up to receive calls", when I called *0307 someone answered and I played my message from "Lisa" on speaker and they immediately hung up.
