Too funny.  They call me for a cell phone my son got when he was sixteen over fifteen years ago.  I didn't sign any papers for it so I feel I'm not responcible for it.  My son said he told them I said it was ok so they let him sign the paper!  Really?  Well he was sixteen so I guess the company can keep selling the debt!  I just take up their time for a bit then tell them sorry not going to pay!

They call me for money I owe Ameren.  I pay every month and only owe about forty more.  I pay every month without fail, it was on our old place we moved from about three months ago.  I asked, do you see I pay every month?  She said, yes and I said wow and hung up the phone.  Now I just waste their time and boy oh boy do they get mad!  lol  Shouldn't harrass people.

They called for my brother. The # came up but it came up anonymous so when I did a search on the # it came up CACI. Last time it showed the name. I told them the day my brother made a payment that he made a payment directly to the company. I said he's not going to contact you back if he doesn't know what it's in regards to. I was told it was personal matter i said if it's that important then send him a letter. I said if it's a collection agency you need to send something anyways so he can send you a letter to stop calling. I said you call back it will be harassment. Yes sending a cease and desist letters does work. I had someone that worked at a collection agency told me to send a letter if i'm ever contacted by a collection agency. In the letter tell them you will not pay the collection agency. If or when you make payments that you will send them to the company you had the service with. Word of advice NEVER pay a collection agency pay the company directly. In this case CACI deals with st. Anthony's Medical Center. In regards to him contacted your nephew let them know he's only 12yrs old so any business has to be done through an adult. Legally they can't collect from a child. Do keep in mind there is a new law out that if you owe a company money and you don't pay they can cancel the debt and you will have to file a 1099 with your taxes as income even though you didn't receive money. The irs is going to collect the money from someone. The law came in affect about 5yrs ago. I just found that out last yr. Good luck to everyone.

First off a debt has to be dropped after 7yrs from when it first was charged off. If it's on his credit he can dispute it. Negative items say for 7yrs and good items stay on credit for 10yrs except for bankruptcy. Your right  just keep saying the debt is over 7yrs old so they can't collect and that he was a minor and signed the papers that it's the company's problem for allowing a minor to sign it that you never signed anything so they can't hold you responsible anyways nor can they hold him responsible since he was underaged at the time. How the hell is a dumbass going to let a minor sign just because they say their parents said it's ok without having a parents signature. The was stupid on the company's part. lol

A side note I've been told collection agencies also don't use their real names I guess they don't want people to know it. It's also collections for St. Anthony's Medical Center. There isn't any reason for them to harass people when they are already making payments each month and they don't get it that harassing someone is not going to get you to pay it off any quicker if anything it'll piss people off to pay less each month. they need to learn stop harassing people or be rude if you want it paid.

This is a bill collector for st. Anthony's and their medical centers (southwest medical center is one of them). They did not bill insurance or billed incorrect insurance and want me to pay.  Gave them new info and they are refilling.  Then received a call from them 2 weeks later for my 19 year old daughter. They said they can not talk to me since she is an adult.  I told them I carry the insurance and they billed her dads incorrect insurance before.  Lady told me he could not talk to me even though I carry insurance she has to talk to my daughter, who is away at college. Told her to get info from her dads file they have in their system.

Continues to call multiple times per day

Private call shows on caller id. Many calls,no msg left ever.

They called and refused to identify anything more than their acronym--CACI.  TOLD THEM TO CEASE AND DESIST ALL FURTHER CALLS.

I just received a call from this number adn have been. I was reading through some of the comments and someone mentions CACI. I DO know that CACI is the collection agency that works with medical billing. They are calling me for St. Anthonys Medical. I physically spoke to someone a while back BUT if you do talk to them make sure they send you statements on what it is. They had me down with an address that I never lived at but did use St. Anthonys at the time. Then annother time it was for a past address from 11 years ago. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR STATEMENTS. They have 5 business days to send you somehting physical.

They called for my daughter who is underage.  When I tried to tell them they would have to deal with me they were very rude and said they would only speak with my daughter.  The guy said his name was Larry.  

Scam number calling about a supposed internet loan. I dont have any loans out an I diffently woun't take one out on the internet!

I do not owe anyone any money.  I am not delinquent on anything.  NO REASON to call me.

it cannot be a collection agency because I have my bills caught up always. Can't be a gas collection agency cuz I don't have gas in my home.  it most likely is telemarketing but I don't answer phone numbers if I don't know who it is anyway, I just  look the # up.

Keep getting called and no one answers when I pick up the phone.

This is a legit collection agency.  

This number called my gf # lookin for me and i have never gave her number  out  then the y turned around five mins later n called my phone when i answered they hung up

I get calls from this number ALL THE TIME!!  No one answers when I pick up and mostly I just let it ring but it is very annoying.  Who are you and what do you want???
