I also received a phone call from the Tucker Firm on Thurs. Dec. 8th. The number that called me was 314-965-2471, I was told they saw my resume on Monster and scheduled me for an interview for today (Dec. 14) at 10:30 a.m. I didn't go.  From what I'm reading, that seems to be the same time they schedule everyone.  I was told that it was a professional interview and to dress professionally and to bring a copy of my resume.  They said they had entry level and management level positions available.  I asked for more information and she said they provide supplemental insurance to union companies that have requested supplemental insurance. She said it wasn't business to business sales, cold calling, or calling people on the phone.  She said it was unions that have requested supplemental insurance.  She gave an example of the Teamsters.  Funny, I worked as a teamster and my insurance was great and that's something the Teamster's union negotiates with the company.  They don't request supplemental insurance for their union workers.  She gave me an address in Ballwin and told me not to GPS it because it wouldn't get me to the right place because of some loop in there and that it would take me to the wrong building.  She said she would send me an email with exact directions.   I never received that email.  I didn't care because by the time I got off the phone I was certain that this was a scam.  
It appears everyone else has felt the same.  Is there anyone out there that actually went to the interview?  If so, please share your experience.

I received a call from a woman named LaTonya on 12/13/11 from the phone number (314) 965-1112 and she told me she found my resume on Monster.com. She said she wanted me to come in for an interview, needless to say I was excited since I have been unemployed for 14 months due to this crappy economy. I received  2 emails from her, both with a link for the address at 13545 Barrett Parkway Dr Suite 301 Ballwin,MO 63021. She was brief with her description of the position and stated that is wasn't just talking to clients on the phone but more so explaining to clients about their benefits package that they had through a union. She said they were the Tucker Firm a subsidiary of TMK. I noticed in the emails that she sent me there was a different phone number if I needed to get in touch with her for any reason, it was a long distance number of (219) 201-5605, this was sent to me on 12/15/11. Perhaps she messed up in her scam and sent the real number from where she was calling from? The email address from her was latonyatucker3171@att.net. She also wants you to confirm your interview at www.trackerwiz,com. I am so glad I found this page today a I won't be going for the scam of a job interview, wasting my time and gas for nothing. i also got a call from this number  (314.965.1116) this morning. i had received calls from this number before, but i always screen them. they left a few messages, but after researching and not finding much on the tucker firm, i didn't bother to call them back. a good several months had gone by without any of these calls, but now it looks like they are trying to contact me again. i am on monster.com, so this is evidently how they got my information. after seeing this string, i am considering writing to monster.

I've received 2 calls from the Tucker Group located in Ballwin,MO. They said they saw my resume. I told them I was still working and can't take off for an interview cause I get pts for taking off. I told her I may be laid off and she said when ever I am to call them. I asked what the pay was and it came out to be about $23 hr. I knew it was BS then. They just called again a couple of weeks ago but I never called back and won't.

Thanks for posting all these messages on this I am desperate for a full time job but from the sounds of what you posted this is just a scam.  I had an interview set up for Tuesday but dont think I will be going.  I am not going to waste my time or gas in my car to get to a scam.

I am so glad I found this. Today they called me and said they found my resume from monster.com and set up an interview for me for Friday 12/30 10:30 am. They called from 3143088803. This is the e-mail they sent:

I would like to confirm our appointment made over the telephone. During this meeting, we will further discuss the opportunity with the Tucker firm, a subsidiary of TMK.

I will expect you on December 30, 2011 at 10:30 AM.

Just to remind you, our address is 13545 Barrett Parkway Dr Ste:302, Ballwin, MO 63021.

I ACTUALLY WENT TO THE INTERVIEW! It is NOT a scam. And I feel bad for those of you who read this and decided not to go. The tucker firm is part of American Income Life Insurance and they have a lot of great opportunities since apparently the company is planning on doubling its workforce. If you get the call, just go. Don't listen to these paranoid people! The first interview was a group interview and they took our resumes and no other information. If it was a scam they would've asked for a credit card # or a social. This seems like a great company to work for so if they call you then at least go and see for yourself!

Tucker Group just call me and I set up an interview I'm not going to go by what people put on the internet I google the company and they are in all 50 states and still growing ......just moved into a new office because they are growing so much....if  they call you for a job and you have no job why not come check it out! People believe too much what is said on the internet come people reality

I just came from an interview from there and it went great! they explain everything the ins and out of the company and what they do and how they make money. I hope they call me back. This might just be what changes my life helping others.

So I received the same call and everyone says its a scam but they have no proof. my concern is that the email was sent from a personal address and not a company address. The company is real.

I just got the same call. I also am on monster.com and that is where they saw my resume. My interview is for tomorrow Jan 10th, 2012 at 10:30am. After reading all this I am really unsure whether to go or not. But I have been unemployed for 15 months and what can it hurt. I hope that it is legit. And this time I am not going to ignore it based on what others are posting. I will give it a try.

Did you go to the interview you had scheduled Jan 10? Is it something worth going to interview? I live pretty far from there and I am on unemployment so I would hate to waste what little money I have on gas if it's not worth it

i got an call today from the Tucker Law firm,,, set up interview on Friday.. Went to google to research company no good information after reading people comments... Dont know what to do now... Pray on it tonight...

It may or not be a scam; but I know I dont want to work some where that has group interviews...and apparently has SO many positions open that they can set up all these "interviews"...
Besides, I have always been called by the interviewer and not some liason....
Is it not weird that their confirmation email "MAY" go into your spam folder- that was my red flag!!!

I got a call from Amy saying she was with the Tucker Group.  She said she saw my resume on monster.com and would like me to call her back.  The number was 314-965-2209...just seemed sort of fishy, after reading these messages I'm not calling back
