A call just came into my house. A messsage was left and  he is currently using the name officer Mike Johnson.  I really could not make out much of what he said. My voice mail cut him off before he could even finish leaving his message. One thing he said was the my SS# was blocked by the US.

we just got the same call. the man identified himself as mike storm, yesterday it was mike stark, the day before was mike stone and when i asked for a supervisor i got bob cooper but everytime it was the same man on the phone in all 4 cases it was the same man. it is a scam!  i told that i was an officer in our police dept. he asked for my badge number i gave it to him he emediately hung up and everytime i have tried calling back i get his vioce mail. i have tried calling by an alt. phone number and if you say bankruptcy they also hang up u may go 1 week or 1 month or 1 year but you will always hear from them again. i dont know what to do. i have tried my local police dept. but they say there is nothing they can do. i have tried my local beaurea of investigations but they say  there is nothing they can do. i was wondering if there is a dept. in the FBI that can do something about this since obviously this is happening all over america.

Crosby and Assoc.  called me several times on my cell and work number. Threatening me about a supposed debt I owe.  When you question them, they hang up? When you tell them to write or call your cell and not your work line, they hung up and called back.

Yesterday 9/14/11, this company called my work over 50 times a minute for about an hour, locking up the phone banks for our health care clinic.  My boss called the police and the phone company to have our incoming calls screened out.  Police filed a report.

The harassment does not just break laws of collecting debts.  The fraud extends to extortion and hacking.  The hundreds or thousands of phonecalls we received came from a multitude of numbers that lead you to places such as schools or hospitals.  It is a federal crime to use other peoples phone numbers, basically a phone hack.

We filed a complaint with the police department and the company did not respond to the police demands there by the officer is pressing charges.

I am going to press charges.  I was harassed and embarrassed at work.

Yes got the call the other day. could just about understand the caller, wanted my social number and said that I would be in trouble about a loan. I have never made a loan any where and would not give out any info. to anyone that called. No matter who calls they get voice mail and if there name doesn't come up I get rid of them. Had this happen a fews year ago same thing, I don't pay any mind.

Just got this call friday. And they left a message it freaked me out at first. All I can think of was that someone stole my id and im in trouble. Something told me to look the number up. I cant believe these people. I will not be calling them back .this is a good site here because if it wasnt for all these reports I would of been calling them back. Thanks for the info.
