got a call from them yesterday and they said that my Windows software had been compromised and I was hacked. The interesting part is when I told him I had a Mac OS, they hung up on me. Ha!

I've gotten these call as late at 10PM.
My tactic now is to keep them on the phone over 60+ seconds saying that my laptop is booting up.
During the so-called boot up, I've asked the caller about their work.
I've learned that some of these callers (from overseas) don't realize they are part of a scam, so I let them know that their company has been dupped (perhaps by a US company) and that this scam is well known here in the USA.

Just to the same call from a man claiming to be from Microsoft with a very heavy indian accent. Said they had been receiving reports of malware from my IP and that i had a virus on my computer. I asked which computer and he said a PC. But I don't own a single PC, only Mac so I "kindly" told him to never call again.

Said the alarm was approved by the Fort Lauderdale chief of police

Got two very aggressive calls from this number telling me my computer has downloaded malware and they can "guide me through" process of cleaning it up.

Im so very glad to hear that this is a legitimate business. I was skeptical at first when your technician told me to perform an impossible sexual act -- when I would not give him access to my PC.

I was successful however, in keeping him on the phone for 9 minutes. I read off each key on my keyboard, saying I could not find the Windows flag key.

Scammers, do not follow their instructions will install malicious software.

This time they asked if I was on any medications and that they were RX.  Very hard to understand them.  He kept saying it was a secure line and that he could refil my prescriptions..what will they think of next.  We have received a call a day from this number.

Called and said that my computer was hacked and it was sending him message after message . would I let him fix it for me. 3156424364   it was a man sounded Like he was from india . He could never tell me what computer because we have many computers , Allso I am a tech so I know whats on my computers. The min I told him he was  full of crap he hung up. 12/2, 9:31.

Received a call today from this number.

Same thing. Told me he was from the Technical Department of Windows Operating Systems and that other people have access to my computer and are sending them unwanted tracking messages. He wanted me to do something on my computer but I refused until I could verify who he was.  He gave me his "name and employee #" which was John Dixon and ME3214 (also Indian accent). When I questioned him again he told me he was going to transfer me to someone who could explain it better. When I again refused to even turn on my computer, he told me to stick his d*** in my p****.

Hate to break it to you, but the FCC disagrees with you; says your number has several scam complaints against it and it is an open investigation. Have fun if they catch up with you, dip s**t!!!

I got a telephone call two days in a row regarding illegal Windows on my computer. This man (with an Indian accent) was very upset & angry when I challenged this. When I tried to call back - it was just a voice mail... no company, no receptionist, nothing. I WISH this guy could get caught! It is an obvious scam!
