They are threatening my ss benefits and say there is fraudulent stuff being done on my account!

Received voicemail from phone number 315 675 4164 that my social security # was flagged with fraud and I was being sued- SCAM!!

I guessed from the threatening voicemail this was in regards to a IRS impersonator.  To be safe - file a compliant with the Office of Inspector General Social Security Benefits it this falls more into your situation.

Stop these scammers.  File a complaint online.

this numnber 315 675 4164 left a message on my voice mail ay 8 am in the morn a female voice instructed me to call this number she sounded official and proffesional of course i wont return the call damn thieves will not get a penny from me i worked hard to earn it   nov 26 2019
