Comes up as QVD.  Funny enough if you call this number it states that it has been disconnected.

Everyone said this number has been disconnect . I got calls 2 days after everyone got theirs if it was disconnected, how would they be able to call? Obviously the number showed on your caller ID is different than the number they are calling from. They are slick enough so you can't trace them

i have 3-4 calls aday from this number. they never leave a message. i dont answer callls from #s i dont know. so i have no idea what they want.

Calls three to four times a day and when you call you it is disconnect...I have no idea who it is ....so I had to block the number

This is Allstate Insurance in Texas and I asked them to stop calling me they told me my number is not in their database yet they call me every stinking day

I just got a call from the same 315 number....ITS OF COURSE DISCONNNECTED!!

This number keeps calling my home. Does not say a thing when answered

I keep getting a lot of called from this number

I usually get 2 - 3 calls from this number every day, since I don't know who it is I don't answer it. They never leave a message. Today, though, I received six calls from this number from 9:46a to 5:37pm so I thought I would look it up. I also would like to know how to block a number?

So far I got 3 calls from this number within the last 2 hours. I will see how many times they call.
I might pick up and answer the call to see who it is & report it here!

Have had 3 calls this week. I didn't answer and they leave a blank VM - no sound. Probably verifying numbers etc

They say they are fron qvd calls 10 times a day asking for my aunt I tell them she dont live here but they call back help

I have been receiving calls from this number on a daily basis for over a month now.  At first I answered the call and they just kept hanging up.  Now I have the number blocked but it still goes to my voicemail.  They have left messages in what sounds like another language (unknown) and then they stay on the phone for about 30 seconds where I can hear background noise that sounds like a telemarketer and then they hang up.  I'm receiving at least 4-5 of these per day.  

Number calling me: 315-849-1280 listed on caller ID as QVD from Syracuse, NY. As everyone else states,  when I try to return the call it says the number is disconnected.

I too, tried calling the number back and it was disconnected. After reading all of this I've decided if I receive one more call I will block it. I have only received one call so far.

I received a from this number today.  I didn't answer, but went to look it up on reverse call.  I saw all the posts about this number.  Make sure to check your phone bill. Their is a scam going around. Your phone rings, you answer it, but no one is there, but you get charged for a call.

This number calls always and nobody ever there. Funny how they call from a disconnected #. Darn telemarketers!

Usually when you call a number back and get the messsage it is disconnected.... it is a DID line, meaning an outbound line only. Telemarketers use them all the time

Intentionally falsifying the Caller ID display in hopes of deceiving the victim.    Yea, yea, yea, I read all the propaganda spiel about being legitimate crap.  That is what it is .... pure unadulterated bull crap.  It is deception, call it what it is.  And QVD (quality voice deception company) is behind it.

If one is inclined, one could waste one's time and spam the hades out of the little man behind this scheme
