All I know is I just got a call from these guys saying I owed a bill and they would help me settle it.  They were really surprised when I told them the debt had been payed 4 months ago, and I had the confirmation # to prove it.  My question is why were they calling me in the first place?  I would understand if I still owed on the debt, but it has been resolved.  The company said it must have been a descrepancy with the credit card company, my ass it was.  I googled their number specifically to find out more info.  Apparently they have harassed many people who do owe currently, which I understand, but also call people who have already settled the debt, hoping to collect more.  My advice, if you owe money deal directly with the company you owe it to, not with 2nd and 3rd parties.  As for these [***] dont waste your breath talking to them.

Its a collection agency...  They were calling on behalf of Lies trash service for $91 bucks...  How pathetic.

My wife got a call from them, I called them back. (I used to work as a telemarketer, it's fun to mess with people when they call ME for no good reason, just to jerk their chain and see how they react I said...)
"This is Richard Kline, I'm going to be late please tell the supervisor."
You've got the wrong number.  "This is my first day on the job, PLEASE tell the supervisor I can't make it today!"  You've got the wrong number.
"This is my job we're talking about PLEASE tell the supervisor!"
She was confused at this point.. and was not sure what was going on. or what she should do  (I hung up.)

Always leaves a message for me on phone, but debt is old and long since paid for. Offered proof debt was settled, said it didn't matter, had to pay anyways, blocked caller. Very rude, and would not listen to reason that debt didn't exist.

They call about every 3 days and won't tell me what the call is about. they tranfer me, it rings and no-one answers.

YES I GET THE SAME AS MANY OF THE FOLKS ON HERE. AND LIKE MANY HAVE SAID THEY GET YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER FROM PATIENT FILES. WHICH I DO BELIEVE IS AGAINST THE LAW. WHAT IS FUNNY IS THEY WHERE PAYED 275 THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM MY INS COMPANY AND THEY ARE HOUNDING ME EVERY DAY FOR 800 DOLLARS. I WAS PUT ON DISABILITY FROM ALL OF MY HEART TROUBLES. They just called me via operator, trying to say I owed something from 2008. When I told them I paid it off a year ago, they said that they have been sending letters to the previous address. Which if that were the case anyway, it should have been forwarded to my new address that was registered over a year ago. At which then they still said I need to pay this amount because they are "trying to protect their clients". I had to tell them again I already had been in contact with the company and took care of the payment a year ago and I even have the account history showing I made the payment...but they don't seem to understand and told me they would turn it into the credit agency against me. Right away I contacted the company that they are "trying to protect" and let them know of this so things can get resolved. I know it's paid for and I don't want to be harassed or threatened anymore.

It is against the law for them to call that early.Keep a record of these calls and consult an attorney.

If they call at 4:30 AM this is a violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, they need to know they are in violation of a federal law.

JSUT AN FYI, FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE GETTING CALLS FROM THIS OR ANY DEBT COLLECTOR AFTER 9 PM... IT IS ILLEGAL AND THEY WILL BE FINED IF YOU DECIDE TO REPORT IT. IF INTERESTED LOOK FDCPA REGULATIONS ON GOOGLE AND YOU'LL SEE WHAT I TALKING ABOUT. ALSO, IF YOU TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING YOU..BY LAW THEY HAVE TO STOP CALLING YOU, THEY MAY PERSUE OTHER ACTIONS AFTER THAT BUT HEY THEY WONT BE CALLING YOU ANYMORE, IF YOU TELL THEM TO STOP AND THEY DO NOT, AGAIN THAT IS ILLEGAL AND WILL BE FINED IF YOU PERSUE.

We received very vague phone messages from KS Counselors for several months [btw, I traced their address to Lenexa, KS].  My husband finally got so frustrated that he called the number back to get ANY details only to hear "Ben" say that I have an outstanding debt from 2008 for approx $400.  My husband asked for proof of the debt so we could pay it, to which Ben replied "that's not gonna happen." After a few more frustrating minutes, he hung up. I called "Ben" back and told him that they must comply with FDCPA and provide proof; he again told me I wasn't going to get any and he was sending the "debt" for collections today.  I filed a complaint with the KS Attorney General -Consumer Protection Office.

called this number back, it is KCI a collection agency. My bill was for unpaid trash service at my old address from over a year ago. It's not valid, and not sure why it took so long to contact me.

I just got this cellphone number in December and KCI has called at least 2-3 times every day since. Yesterday I answered it and told the party to take this number off of their list immediately.  Today I just received another call from 3169420451 (answered "KCI") which I called back and spoke to the next available "agent". I told the lady who answered to remove this number once again and when I asked what "KCI" is she replied, "maam, it's none of your business. Have a nice day" and then click. Multiple calls received from this 316-942-0451....and many other random long distance numbers....its REALLY funny that these calls ALL started flooding about two days after I filled out info online for a Geico Insurance quote.........(the only company that I have given this cell number to)

Spoke with female that answered the line asking to speak with "Michelle"....she acted very strange when I advised her she had the wrong number and to stop calling me. I confirmed that she had the correct phone number by making her read off my number to me.

Completely unwilling to work with people, do not identify themselves on the phone, nasty to talk to.  I don't speak to companies that have such poor business practices.  I know what this little bill is for, and I'll take care of it the next time I go to my doctor's office.

I've been getting calls from this number as well, every once in a while they'll leave a message but when I listen to it, it sound like its glitching. I would really like 4 this person to stop calling me.

yeah, this number calls me everyday. of course i dont answer numbers i dont know so i expect them to leave me a message so i know who it is and i can call them back when i have a better idea of who i would be dealing with. Well, they never leave messages so of course, im not calling them back or answering their call. Yet again another "do not answer" in my contacts.
