I have called my local police and pressed harrassment charges on this #. This is a scam.

This man called saying I had a loan I never paid and will be arrest 11 am if I don't give him nearly 500$. Said I have a loan in Texas I never paid. Check fraud etc.   I couldn't understand him very well.. Hewasclearly not with a law firm, as he claimed. tasked him the date the check waswritten and he Said sometime before Feb 28, 2014. Really? He doesn't have the date the check was all edgedby written,but tells me to goto the courthouse. which courthouse I wondered. The man didn't have details that wkwoyer would have, just my pesonal info. Glad to see its just another Scam. I was almost Scared. Almost.

I got a text from my superviosr yesterday about some guy from mullins law he use the name clyde walker from a 314 number i called them he ask me my last four no.in my social i asked im old and i dnt commit crimes he said tht i have case against me for a payday loan n tht i will atrested today thy are goin to my place of work n i will be arressted i told him i hve no money  send me the papers he  went onme bout me   going to jail then i said tell me how o can started tryn to pay ths loan he stated laugh n he waa very mean  i suppose to be callin jason brown friday he gave me a number and ext now i know ths is a scam i will not be calin or sendin him nothing

How can i stop them from callin me n my job

I've been receiving so many calls from these people. I got tired of declining and finally answered. This man stated that I have criminal charges pending with their law firm..That is when I flipped!! I went off on him. He kept dancing around what the "charges" were. Then he transfers me to "someone" else and this guy said the charges are Theft, Bank Fraud & some other made up crap. I pretty much told this guy to F off and he hung up. I was so mad this jerk interrupted my Game of Thrones. :) I called back and he said please stop calling me , Stop harassing us. I told him I was calling the FBI and he hung up . HA these guys are idiots. Get a better scam.

Tell them your contacting the Department of Justice in your state
