I never answer the phone  because it is not a number that recoginze so it goes into voice mail.  The  person always leave message indicating there is a pending  case against me.

I keep getting the same thing. they say barnum and graham associates.  I have tmobile, and it says suspected spam. have you called them back?  I'm not going to cause I looked up the number and I can't find any firm by that name

Threatening phone call

Got a call saying they had a case against me and i am being sued for $1,236.00 but i could settle by paying them $600.  They couldn't even give me the name,  date, or place of the transaction.  Said they din't have it.
Told  me they were taking me to court.  I said ok

I keep getting phone calls Barnum and Graham Associates saying they want me to call regarding a court case for review.I cannot find any history on them.I think this is a spam robocall.

I asked for their address to name in a petition and they gave PO BOX 532 Fortville IN 46046.

Yeah received a call from them on 317-747-0063 I answered it and it said pending mediation please press 1 so I figured sure what the hell since my caller ID didn't say "spam" etc. Ended up being a rude women who said they had allegations against me and asked me to verify my name which I did then read off the last 4 of my SSN which weren't even correct and they had my parents address which they are long passed away. I also told her the call was being recorded (AZ is a single party consent state) she went off saying they will send it to a judge in 72 hours and good luck in court and hung up. I called back told her she was rude and I wanted to know what these allegations were, once again much of the same she went off on how if it wasn't me it didn't matter then hung up again. Finally I called back and asked for a supervisor and told them they are hurting themselves legally by violating several laws I was told "no you are by recording the call" ok sure I try to explain AZ law she puts me on hold and sends me to the same rude women. Same women finally says it's for a payday loan and check fraud with JP Morgan Chase.. Wouldn't tell me anything else and it would be taken to court... Good luck I haven't been with JP Morgan chase in 10 years and said account was closed and checks destroyed. Sounds like a scam they don't know much about the law and what they can and can't say and not professional at all.

Said they were a law firm. Said they had a Court case pending against us. I asked what address they had on file. They gave an address where we lived 9 yrs ago.
I told him he had the wrong address. He didn't care. Said I better call back to settle before they take me to court. Also said they were collecting on an old payday loan. Which we did have. But was paid in full. 9 years ago. What a scam. I blocked their number on my cell phone.

Got 4 calls in two days about the law firm/ law suit claim from 317-747-0063 Barnum, Graham and Associates.  Same male voice every time but he called himself by two different names--David King and Herbert Golden.

Kept calling me saying I owed 1243.15 said I had a lemongrass threaten to take me to court her name was robin and a Mike answered phone saying it was Barnum  Graham associates would not give me an account number they gave me an address hadn't lived in 7 yrs rude kept hanging up on me she said I don't care talk to judge she said case would be out in 72 hours in my county my bank was notified they said it is a scam call attorney General the number to their so called business is 317 747 0059  and 317 747 0037

I too have received phone calls from 317-747-0063 saying his name was Herbert Golden. Each call is 25 seconds...says same thing messes up same spot like it's a recorded call or something. He never asks for a certain person just starts threatening. I called that number late one night and if it was a business you would've been able to tell that but then the next day or do they called and didn't say nothing I guess to let me know they saw  my phone number. Finally after few calls and see length in the message and all I blocked it. Now today a different phone number 317-203-0668 saying pretty much the same thing yet name was Thomas Tate or Pate and it was 29 seconds long never asked for anyone just started threatening and like I said same thing. I would think they would ask for someone  not just start threatening! Also the voice sounded pretty much like it was the other one.

They are a scammer trying to extort money out of people. By law anyone attempting to collect a debt on behalf of someone else must provide all information on the original creditor and debt. Do not be scared by their threats. They can't do anything to you.

Thats the exact same thing that happened to my husband the last couple of days. Will be filing a police report since they did have some of our personal info.

Got a call tuesday, I didn't answer as I didn't know the number. The voicemail that they left you couldn't even understand. Called back to get " the person you're trying to reach in st available please leave a message " called back yesterday and when the lady answered she said she's with Barnum Graham LLC and she had a case against me. Wouldn't give exact dates or where transactions were done. She said it was for a payday loan from 2009. She did have some of my personal information but when I contacted the loan company they said that they don't associate with them not to give them money. Will be contacting the police department to file a report. She called from 7652014304

I just received several calls from this Barnum and Graham & Associates from the phone # 765-201-4529 and she states that they are send my case to the county today and will place a warrant out on my drivers license and prosecuting me to the fullest extent, so if they have some of my information, from the prior comments i should file a police report as well? The other phone # is 317-203-0668

Holy crap... This was annoying... Received like 8 calls on the auto dialer, skipped them all and then called them back... 765-201-4318. Was transferred to a VERY rude guy named Roger... Roger was practically cussing me out under his breath and told me that this was for a payday loan (which I have never had) way back in 2011... He would not tell me the amount of the suit and was just talking over me and telling me "the law"... like I was a child... hahahaha  He then hung up on me and said that I was wasting his time.
I called back and asked for the mailing address of their offices. The receptionist "John" was speaking like a freaking auctioneer and I told him to slow down and to repeat the information. He got pissed... Told me "I already told you the address"... I was like WOW... Great customer service skills you all have...
I asked to speak to a supervisor. It was escalated to Hayley Nickleberry, who stated she was a supervisor. She tried a new approach to get more information from me... asked where I was working. I told her I was not giving her that information. She then tried to "warm up" to me. All the while, I was looking them up online... She vehemently denied being Barnum & Graham and associates and instead, told me that they are Barnum & Graham, LLC and to not get the two confused... I looked at the address posted online of Barnum & Graham and associates and sure enough... Same one that the rude receptionist "John" gave me... I told her that I just uncovered their lies and would not waste more of my time. There were so many things that did not add up, but they are so aggressive that they put you on the defense, hoping they will be able to bully you into paying them... (Which they also told me they were not a debt collector and they they would have to transfer me to the approved bank re conciliator to pay the bill). FINALLY got out of her that they wanted over a grand for a $300 check that they said happened back in 2011... If you get these calls, try being syrupy sweet but not giving them information. They play ALL of their cards in order to get you to pay and it exposes the lies... I will be contacting the BBB in each state/city to see what they can do to stop these people.

Tracy Walker called me saying I committed a felony and that there was a payday loan from years ago that was never paid off and they wanted a total of $1060 but if I would agree to pay $600 today the case would be closed. I told her that I didn't have that kind of money and she said that a warrant would be issued for my arrest; so I set up to make payments....but when I spoke with my husband he told me that it sounded fishy and that they cannot issue a warrant for my arrest. He then advised me to google them and I am so glad that I did because I saw the exact same comments posted by other people. Luckily I was able to transfer money from my account and close it out before their transaction went through. IF BARNUM GRAHAM & ASSOCIATES CONTACTS YOU PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!! BEWARE!

She is a LIAR and has made illegal threats (arrest).  Give your state attorney general's office a call.
