My mother (87 and not well) does not owe any money...period. She gets calls from this number every hour every day. She is on the no call list and debt collectors, real or fake, know not to call numbers on this list. Why or why do we let the gov take over things. B4 gov took over the do not call list, we got almost no annoying numbers-now they are everywhere--landline, cell, work--gosh! make it stop.

replying to myself--i just lodged a complaint with the FTC and called to company to complain and advise them of this complaint against them. I left word that if they continued to bother my mother (87) we would follow up with our federal and state representatives and not stop until CBE is forced to use correct telephone numbers for the right people they want to reach. they were again, told this is not the right number for whomever they are trying to reach.

Please help by lodging your complaint as well--calling is one thing, harassing people when you know you reached the wrong person is quite another and this has to stop.

We have been receiving calls from Tel:  319-242-7350 several times a day.  The caller ID shows a company named CBE Group.  I looked them up on Internet complaints and they are purportedly a collection agency.
I am free of any debts, which makes me think this is a fraudulent company that out to steal money from people. People, please do not fall for their ruse.

Please put us on your "Do Not Call" list.

They are calling me five and six times daily.  Leave no message.  I found out they are some type of collection agency that SHOULD NOT be calling me.  They need to stop!!!!!

It is a collections agency claiming you owe money when you really don't. It is a scam. Best thing to do is put the number on your cell phones black list. Most smart phones and Blackberry's should have that feature built in. If not, I am sure there is an app to block the call.

This number belongs to CBE credit. They can't be very smart since they don't leave a message. I called them to see why they were always calling. I gave them my cell number. They were looking for  a different person said they would take my number off their calling list.

My son was called by this number.  I called it back.  It was a bill collection agency, as mentioned previously.  I explained that My 13 year old wasn't who they were looking for and they removed him from the list.  They were very polite, apologetic and cooperative.

Used to get multiple calls from 515 954 7695 , until I reported them and now they have switched to this number calling me multiple times a day on my cell phone which is a private number due to safety reasons. I don't answer the calls ...previous calls were silence on the other end when I answered.

I get a bunch of calls from this number everyday, I do not have any debts so this must be a scam

Called me three times in the past 3 days. Looking for Mary Pert (last name?), which is NOT me. Told them there is no one here by that name and they said they would take me off the list. Hopefully they are telling the truth!

The next time they call you can tell them you're going to complain to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission ) of that you already have complained to the FCC.  (That has worked for my mother who used to receive calls for debt that was not her own).

Looks like I should have said to contact the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) if you have a complaint about debt collectors.

However, the FCC can be contacted for complaints about telemarketers, and it is still a good idea to report it to your state attorney  general's office.

I began receiving calls from 319-247-7350 about a week ago, and like the other folks that have posted it was several times a day. I called them yo explain that I am not the person that they are looking for, and was told that hey were going to updatr their records effective immediatley. It took me moments to resolve.

You can file with the FTC to complain about them calling.

This number 319 242 7350 just called at 8:46 pm. I want them to stop calling.
