We called the number back and a younge boy, sounds like a teenager, started to say "why are you calling me, seriously everyoones calling jsut stop calling me", then he started to laugh and he hung up

I got 6 calls within 30 minutes and when I called it back, it was a nasty man voice saying hello and then nothing. I answered it and then they hung up.  I blocked the number from my phone.

I received a spam call from 319-264-3864

We have already trying to put a stop to it!
We have contacted the police and they are assigning a detective to this case.
We live in Texas and they are calling us back to back for the past couple days!
Please cantact the Van Horne Sherriff's Department when they call you again.
They already have our case complaint and some others. If you can contact them too, the more the better to try and stop this!

A friend of mine got a call from that number as well, they stated they are from Bank of America etc, he also reported it to the police, they had already had 6 complaints today about it.

The number 319-264-3864 calls me daily, they are foreign speaking individuals that claim to be from a debt resolution company.

If you call the number back, you get a voicemail of someone saying why you calling me? why ? why? why you calling me?

These people are sick. I called back because I couldn't answer my phone while I was in class and got a weird guys voice sayin why are you calling me why. Well they called back later and actually asked for me by name I live in LA and do not know anyone in IA. I have tried 8888 to block them but they still manage to get through the one time I answered it sounded like a chinese lady whom was very hard to understand other than my name the only thing I could make out was she said something about a free consultation.  They have also called my friend and when she answered she could hear background noises but no one ever said a word and hung up after the second time of them calling they also asked for her by name and when she asked who is this they immediately hung up. I tried doing a reverse search but it says it is a cell phone or unpublished and only gives a location which is how I found out there are hundreds of us all wondering the same thing. Hopefully these people will be caught because they have called me like 4 times since 9 this morning and 3 times yesterday its very annoying.
