I got a similar message

My friend just got a text like that from 'kewllime' at matchmagik.org. sounds like a scam

msg said:  Hey, got your # from a friend, but not sure its right. C if U can recognized me online, at matchmagik.org. names jolly4funhut there. Send me a msg there.  

no caller ID showed

got the same text as this "Hey, got your # from a friend, but not sure its right! C  u recognize me online, at matchmagik.org. name's cuddly_gurl999 there. send me a msg there!"

what I don't get the text ID states the message is from myself and i text back and it is to my self what can we do about this

I got 2 hi got text messages from someone named crazybgirl. I want them to stop!!

i got the same message 2 but from sambawomen , who the hell is it, its quite annoying, its about as bad as the people tring to sell some exclusive site for call dating on IMVU and you get the same message from 5 different people but when you look at the link for a photo you get the same asian girl in the bath room takeing picture in front of mirror.

I am guessing this is an advertisement.  Is it illegal to not allow us to contact the sender in order to get our numbers off the "list"?

I got the same message just minutes ago. anybody knows how to block or something? or how do the get my phone number?

I got a text on my cell saying "hey, got ur number from a friend, but not sure its right!  C if u recognize me online, at match-club.net.  name's 00wishz4u there.  Sned me a msg there!"  if u guys find out who this person is, plz let me know.  if they keep on,and i find out who it is, i'm going to press charges against them because i'm tired of this.  and i have a close friend who is a police officer, so he'll do it for me.  thanks.
