I received a call from a Mac Morris! I need to know if this is a legitimate debt collector because this is not the first time I received a call from a thick accented person! I want to make sure that this not a terrorist threat to the US where they are funded by harrassing honest hard working Americans with some con or crooked scheme to get money lying about a loan I may taken out! OMG!!!! Are you serious???? I have gotten a third call from another foreign accented person and I stupidly paid one so-called loan off but this last one is for over 600+ dollars and I don't recall having all these online loans and adding up to 600+ dollars?? this is ridiculous!! So what do I do? Because I am suspicious with this weird 321 phone number and when I googled it and saw so many other people who have received these calls, I need help in catching these thieves!!!! I received the same call from this 321-275-5257 number. The gentleman said, that I had an outstanding pay loan and I asked for the legal documentation via e-mail that were filed with the court for the legal proceedings against me. He asked if I had a lawyer and I said, "Yes!" Furthermore, told him that I work for a law firm. The gentleman immediately became biligerent and said, "See you in Court!"

PHONE SCAM!!!!!!!!!  Claiming to be a federal investigator with criminal charges on a payday loan of 1st $400.00  and then $300.00. he knew my social, name, work #, relatives, address... !!!! Do not give any personal info out

I am a disabled grandmother and was waiting for my daughter and granddaughter to come down for a visit this morning when the phone rang.  I knew it was not my daughter because I was "talking" to her online as she had not yet left.  The first thing the caller asked me if I was wanting to go to jail.  My heart flipped over and I just typed to my daughter "I am going to jail!!  She typed back WHAT!! I just went dead inside and left her hanging on the IM while I talked with this supposed "Officer Danny Foster" from a supposed place called United Investigations.  He went on to tell me that I had 2 choices.  Either I could pay up the amount I owed this online loan place (which I DID have a loan with once but it was paid off months ago) which with fees and all would be 945.13!!!  I started to cry and told him that I didn't have that kind of money and he said could I use a credit card or debit card or one of my family had a credit card....I said no, the only thing I could possibly do would be to go to my bank and try and get a loan.  He said "Alright, I will give you until 1:00PM to call me back at 321-275-5257 with the money or I would be arrested for not cooperating.  I do not have long distance service so I could not call him back at 1:00PM.  I made a few phone calls to my city police department and to the Highway Patrol of my state and also reported this to the Attorney Generals office and I was told from a detective at the Highway Patrol that it was a scam for me NOT to turn over any money to this man or to give him any more information on me than he had already spounted out that he had on me.  My social security number and where I lived and where I banked.  Well the guy "Officer Danny Foster" called me back about 2:30 PM and my daughter wanted to answer it.  She answered it and told this guy that he had been reported to the police and the Highway Patrol and it was also sent to be investigated by the F.B.I through the Highway Patrol.  I was told that should he call again, I was to just tell him that he was being investigated by government officials and I had nothing to say to him and hang up.  This "Danny Foster" had a very pronounced accent and was quite rude not wanting to let me get in a word in.

Guy claimed to be officer Danny Foster. I told him his accent was waaaay to thick to have such an English name, at which he threatened job loss and shame. I informed him that "here in America, people are not arrested for unproved allegations and loan applications", he hung up. I think I'll call him back.

Received a call from a Max Morris, phone number 321-275-5257.  Mr. Morris claims that I have an outstanding payday advance with U.S. Cash Advance.  I have spoken with the same person several times, but given several different names.

This individual has called me numerious times stating that if I do not provide them with credit card or banking information to settle this debt, he will have me arrested.

This is a scam to obtain credit card and/or banking information.  Should you receive a call threatening to have you arrested, notify your local  police immediately.  You can also file complaints with the FBI or FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

Now that i complete ignore their calls the have started on two of my friends with threats that they are going to lock me up! the guys name is "officer danny foster" and he doesn't speak good english he scam my info from a website and has been trying to get me to pay a loan i never had.  thank god for good friends because they just ignore his calls anyway!
