Caller said he had papers to be delivered to this address on behalf of DST and that they would only make two attempts here or on the job, and have proper ID ready.  Call this number. The guy sounds forceful, more like he's making a threat.  No names for who is to be on the receiving end of these "papers" and mentioned our attorney leading to the idea that it is to collect money.

Yup scam. Threatening about some complaints filed against the called party and papers to be delivered.

Same thing with me! Scared the crap out of me for about 30 minutes. Then i realized that I have nothing to worry about. These places need to stop this and it needs to be reported immediately! Very scary!

She was in debt and item was in collections .the papers she got were from local court system

I have been receiving these same calls for a few weeks stating in 2 days these important papers would be delivered and would only be attempted to deliver twice and if I and my attorney wanted to be prepared for this CSP company name phone number 321-319-3483

I just received the exact same message word for word.

Called threatening to send papers from some company I have never heard of.

I got the exact same message today "legal papers regarding a formal complaint" but no company name or anything else, and I don't owe anything.  I also got these calls at the beginning of the year from a different number but same message, and they asked for me by my prior (6 years ago) last name!

Well they called the wrong person when they called me.  I'm a sheriff.  Nuff said.

I have received about 4 calls over the past three days from 321-319-3483.  It is vague and the line is broken.  I have tried to call back, but no one answers.

DST - a recodrded message about paper to be delivered and a lawyer to be present or to call back -  definitely won't call the number back.

This people are scamming people for real. Man calls all rude saying he has a case number someone who like to file a case against me. Called number Mrs said I have an outstanding T-MOBILE account for 946.00. First off I was a sales manager for T-Mobile worked for them for the last 4 years. I have a dealer account which I  paid $50.00 because I  had a previous balance with them of $50.00. Mrs was getting upset said she will just it to legal I said well they will have to prove that it's my account I'm disputing this and do I need to give my lawyer their number. Mrs than calmed down and said she will have her investigators look into it.  Also my mini Miranda or call recording disclosure was not giving.  If these people call you it's a scam and if they call me again.  I will turn them for harassment and sue the pants off them. They really messed with the wrong consumer today.  Don't fall for this madness . Know your rights. FDCPA  read up on it.

My young teenage son received calls from this number. Said same as previous complaints. Scared him. It is a scam! Don't Answer this call!
