SCAM!!!!!!!  They want your money. They say you took out payday loan and haven't paid it back.  The guy who called me said all that and that he was an FBI agent. You need to put a fraud alert on credit agencies and all bank acct. They have all your info. I have several calls in to numerous agencies. Everyone is looking for these people.

They say they are K S Notifications. They have numerous phone numbers. Put out fraud alerts. You also need to call FTC. 1-877-382-4357.

I got the call to. These people told me that if I didnt send them money I will go to jail for check fraud. The guy was foreign and told me that I needed to call the police and tell them what I did. I dont know who they are but they are clever. They knew all of my information. But, not clever enough.

Mike would you please post the information for me too please?  This Danny Foster cop impersonator and terror threatener needs to be stopped.  My heart fluttered all day and is just now settling down after his phone calls to me today.  Such a downright American name for a foreign accent sounding man if you ask me.  Sure gave me a heart attack though!  I would appreciate any and all information you can find on this guy.  I would so very much appreciate it.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday.

I just recieved a call as well from a guy named ofc Danny Foster who also said I took out a loan and never repaid it and if I didnt pay it today I was going to be arrested ..the number he called me from was 321-275-5257 and he had all my information,like ss ,bank info email saying it was from a payday loan I was supposed to have gotten and never repaid...

I got a call also from a Officer Danny Foster who said  I have to pay 433.30 today or brought up on 3 charges of 1.Violations of Federal Banking Regulations 2.Collateral Check Fraud and 3. Theft by Deception. He said he was an officer working for United Investigations and the creditor was United Cashloans and gave his ID# as 4225,He had my Name,Banking Info,SS#, and he called from 321-275-5257 and wanted me to fax a letter stating that I give permission to have this taken from my account..and the number to the fax was 206-203-0547 with a copy of my Drivers License .I called the Police and Reported them they said they get about 50 calls a week about it,Plus I called Consumer Protection at 1-888-743-0023 and Better Bussiness Bureau and I also called my nearest FBI agency.This guy told me that I needed a lawyer and this was the amount that the creditor was settling for and if not paid today I was going to have Police Officers at my House in a few days to arrest me on criminal charges and he also said thats why he thought he would get ahold of me again since i'm one who doesn't do thin'g like this.

Just received the same message from "Officer Danny Foster".  I also asked for his badge  # and he told me #4225.  I also asked him to send me some paperwork and told me he didn't have any. He has threatened my family numerous times. I am submitting his name and number to the FBI.
