My call from this number (last night, about 8:40!) showed as "CA" on the caller ID. I couldn't be sure it wasn't a client, so I picked up. A guy started speaking about a free medical alert system that he had right there, all packaged up and ready to send to me. It had already been paid for (yippeee!). I didn't say anything, but the recording was remarkably well done, in a friendly yet businesslike manner with "umms" and false starts that made it sound very real, so I didn't realize until he got to the part about what number to press without having asked for any input from me that this was actually a recording. It's alarming. These bottom-feeders are getting really good. I hope they can sleep at night (no, not really). Of course I didn't press anything.

Scamming leaches at it again, no life, no job having, mommy daddy I need money to pay for my sex change that went wrong crack smoking people. Somebody hack these people.

More calls from this number with no name--just CA in he caller ID.  No way will I answer that sort of call.  And if I did so foolishly answer, no way would I purchase any product sold that way!  The Do Not Call Registry seems to be a joke--it doesn't seem to work at all any more.  WHY?

Scammers again. Did you ever notice the majority of these are cell phones & they became more frequent after the "Obama phone" giveaway? That's is what you get with your hard earned tax dollars: thief's with a bag full of throw away non traceeble cell phones! Some politician should step up to make these "911 & receive" only. The DNC list is a huge joke just to compile a list for political calls & donations and is then stolen to be passed out to scammers. If the US GOVT is spying on every citizen & gathering all this info they could put a stop to this crap: WHY WON'T THEY?
