    Claimed it was the second (and last) try to get me to resolve a credit card issue.  When connected to rep, wanted me to lower my credit card rate.  I asked a question about who she was calling for --immediately she hung up.

    Scammer.

    this number calls me on the unactivated phone number of prepaid EKIT SIM, bought in London Heathrow, with a dual tel # (UK and USA) and I'm in Japan now!  
    These guys keep on calling but I never answer.  It's a waste of money.
    We should all register our number at national do not call registry under FCC.
