SOME PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE TO GET A CALL WHEN THEY OWE.

I KNOW HOW IT FILLS WHEN YOU GET A CALL FROM A DEBT COLLECTOR BUT THEIR JUST DOING THEIR JOB. ALOT OF THE TIME IT IS DEBTORS WHO ARE VERY NASTY AND RUDE TO COLLECTORS. IF A COLLECTOR CALLS CLAIMING THAT YOU OWE MONEY THEN THE RIGHT THING IS TO GO THROUGH THE STEPS TO RESOLVING IT. DON'T GET MAD.

SOME PEOPLE HAVE THE NERVES TO GET UPSET BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY THEIR BILLS. IF YOU NEED HELP THERE ARE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS. IF EVERYONE WOULD START PAYING THERE DEBTS MAYBE THAT WOULD GENERATE MORE MONEY INTO THE ECONOMY & THE US WOULD NOT BE IN THE DEFICIT THAT IT IS.

I have never owed your company money, very simple.  If I did I would pay it.  Your a fraud.

My husband and I received a call from a guy from this number saying we owed UPS $11,300 + for shipping charges ???? what we don't ship anything to anywhere and we don't owe any money to anybody so these are fraudulent people that need to look for a job instead of trying to rip off people

People also don't like to receive calls when they DON"T owe any money to anyone, we are reporting this number to the FBI and to the Police today

CLR posted in 2009 so not likely to return and read your post but I do know what you mean.  Cal back to the number got, "Thank you for calling Executive Financial Enterprises."  The recording then advised that all calls were recorded.  They are a debt collection agency.  According to the BBB they have been around since 1999.  Here is the BBB page:

It's not unusual for legitimate debt collection agencies to get the wrong number and even legitimate ones may try to collect zombie debt.  Here's the CFPB's advice on dealing with debt collectors.  Give it a read.  It even tells you what to do to stop calls especially if they have the wrong person or the debt is not owed.

If you are going to "deal" with these people, use the number published on their website.  Any number can be spoofed so be cautious.
