I got called from this # as well and it is a SCAM! they told me they were the IRS and i had been fraudelent - yeah right.  I am now reporting this scam.

dude called me...I messed with him for a couple of minutes, then hung up.  I reported the scam to the IRS at http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/

I just called this person back and they hung up on me too! First of all I know that this is not a true IRS legal actions. They announced this on the news that the IRS or legal actions always get sent snail mail.....this guy should be checked on, this person had the same type of speech.....he called himself Ricky. Nice Ricky....

got the same call today….don't have caller id so I don't know where call was coming from….I don't answer my house phone ever cause of telemarketers but the phone rang for 5 minutes….so I answered.  Guy with heavy indian accent telling me that a lawsuit was being brought against me by the us treasury and that he needed my attorney information…when I told him i had no idea what he was talking about he asked me if i had been getting letters in the mail…i said no and he told me to call troy martin at 323-515-5203.  I googled this number first and have seen numerous post about this being a scam.  glad i checked before I called back.

Just happened to me.  Looks like the guys would rather be a scam artist than get a job.

A man in a very heavy accent left this message on my answering machine..."Hello this is Reggie Stevens with the department  of legal affairs. Well I was trying to reach you  in regards to a very important issue. This is a verbal notification in regards to the enforcement action that have been started on your name.  My number is 323-515-5203, I repeat that, 323-515-5203  If for any reason you are busy to call back I would suggest you do have your recent authority to do it for you  as delaying it might end up in a legal mess for you. Looking forward to speak to you, until then you have a blessed day, good-bye."

We just got a call from Nick Stevens # is from the San Francisco/North bay area 415-506-2401. Said alot the same stuff everyone on this page is saying. What a creeper!
