I keep getting facbook updates but I do not have a FB account. Is this spam?

I got a FB friend request via text from 32665101 - the friend request was from a relative I am already friends with on FB.  Weird.

I keep getting texts from this #. How can I get it to stop?

I have been receiving text messages from this number at 3am that say things like Rahman with writing after it in some other language.

I'm done

I have gotten quite a few text messages from this number saying that my friends are active on either instagram or Facebook. There is always a link under the message. I never click on it, because it's probably a scam of sorts.

Also whenever I try to block it I get the same texts from a new number
