I have three or four calls a day from this number, mostly Monday thru Friday, but some on Saturday, on my cell phone, have never answered it, and they have never left a message. MAKE THEM STOP!

There's no way that's true. I work here at that number. We are educationauthority.com and there is no one in my entire building that sells direct tv. So don't get on here and lie just because you want it to seem worse than it really is. We don't even buy lists. We only cal people who have clicked yes on a survey asking about education or who have dirsctly requested information via Monster.com or another affiliate of ours. So don't spread lies just because you are ignorant. Also we are not a non-profit company we are a free service but we do make a profit from the schools that we work with. All this would have been explained to you if you had taken the time to speak with the advisor. So watch what pop-ups you click on if you don't want called and don't lie about stuff just to spice up your life.

Really, Savannah? You think all of these people, frustrated as all hell by getting called repeatedly by your "nonprofit," over-and-over again, with the same MO (multiple calling, no message, no answer when picked up) for more than a year, is just an example of a whole bunch of people trying to "spice up their life?"

Perhaps it's about time EducationalAuthority.com is investigated by a federal authority. I'm going to call me congressman today. I'd recommend everyone else do the same. If you don't know the number, go to house.gov and type in your ZIP code. If enough constituents are being harassed and unhappy with these @$$holes, this is our best opportunity to push back.

Called the last number, asked for a supervisor and spoke with "Joe" at EducationAuthority.com -- I was polite and he seemed reasonable in response.  The irony is that the number they're calling is a business cellphone for a company I no longer work for, but is still forwarded to my personal cellphone.  Ah...  Modern life, eh?

I called this number back and they claim that a request for college information was made from my telephone number.  I very quickly told her that I made no such request and that this number should not be called again.

Frequent calls, no one speaks, sometimes hear noise in the back ground.

I am constantly getting calls on my cell. I do not know whom this is and I am getting tried of these calls. I am expecting to hear that my grandchild is going to born and when my phone rings I think it is them and it is not. How can this be stopped?

If this number continues to call my cell phone or home phone, i am so close in the process of contacting the Attorney General, phone company of these harrassing calls.  Please stop, this is my last request before I begin to take further legal measures.....Thank You

They never leave a message but they call my work line about 60 times a week.

keep getting calls from them and dont leave any message dont want to answer and the area code for the state revenue is way different area code

I finally called them back after many calls with no voice mail left to my cell phone.  They knew my name and starting talking to me about going back to college??  I said no, I don't plan on going back to college - who is this?  He said his name was Daniel and starting asking things like "What happened man?  How come you don't wanna go back to school?"  Had a definite urban slang to it.  I said why would I want to go back to school?  I went to school - for 6 years, I have a MBA.  He said oh sorry and hung up.

Thirty minutes later they called back, when I answered - no one spoke.  I called back, again they knew my name right when they answered, this time it was a lady (forgot her name).  She was borderline speaking Ebonics, again talking about going back to school.  I asked to speak to her supervisor and I don't want to receive more calls.  After some loud chatter in the background, she said "OK, I jest talked to da supervisor, we be taking yall off the list"  Again immediately hung up.  My next call is the BBB.  We will see....

they call reppeatidly at all these odd hours, but never leave a message. It cant be important because they dont text or leave a message, just call.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell for "Chris". I ask them not to call me as I am Gayle and do not know a "Chris". I told them today April 2nd. 2010 at 1:48 p.m. That I will report future calls to the Sheriffs department. This happens frequently and it takes up my minutes and am considering filing paperwork to reimburse my time and suffering and minutes. I have had this phone for 3 years and only the past year I have been receiving calls for "Chris" I am taking legal action against these people and wish to be added on the class action lawsuit against them. I get one more phone call I will see to it personally and make it a vendetta to shut their practice down. Sincerely Gayle Medeiros

I have gotten multiple calls from this number several times a day for the past couple of weeks.  I finally answered today and not one said anything.  They never leave messages either.  Very annoying.

caller keeps calling several times a day and usually does not leave a message except on 4/3/10 @ 11:13 am E.T. message was left that went as follows: "I said that's right, i'm going around i'm cookin.
i'm cookin a ham, i'm a going to cook a roast beef, i'm doing greens, macaroni cheese, potato salad, rolls and i'm going to do a lamb cake. i gotta a lamb, a lamb yeah, he can stand up like a lamb. i got three of them, right."

I also, like others, have been receiving these calls from 330-409-0368.  It comes up on my caller ID as Revenue Assist.   They know my name also.  I am extrememly sick of these calls too!!  Can anything be done?  I did file a complaint with the National Do Not Call List, I hope this will help me.

I noticed that after I input my information on ONE survey, it popped up some more surveys and sponsors it then prefilled my information I tried to deleter my info. and I hit the IGNORE. I started receiving phone calls. It's just telemarketers trying to sell crap!
