- Alex| 1 replyI second that motion (Jessica)!!! Everyone should report these RMS (Receivable Management Services) thugs who think they're above the law & can harass Americans with impunity...Specifically they should be reported to the (particular) State Attorney General's office (each one has a Consumer Rights department), the Better Business Bureau, & the Federal Trade Commission (as Jessica mentioned above). Or better yet, we should all get together and file a class-action law suit against RMS for violation of the FDCPA (along with other federal & state governing statutes). Just type in "Receivable Management Services complaints" & search via Google to see how many people already pursued legal action against RMS across America. The more of us take a stand, the less "they" will be able to infringe upon our God-given consumer & constitutional rights! Hooray!

- JamesJunk Debt Collectors. Doint give them a dime. Anything they are collecting on is already charged-off anyway. They buy the rights to thousands of charged-off accounts and just throw [***] upo against the wall to seewhat will stick. You're throwing your money away if you send them anything, because it wont affect your credit.
- Donna Clarkno response when I answer phone

- rick kingno one there, this is a pain
- DanReceived a call at my office (it got through my admin to my direct line somehow). Normally I don't answer long distance numbers (unless I am expecting a long distance call), but I answered this call. The lady told me she was collecting a debt and recording the call. I immediately said I don't participate in recorded calls and laid the phone down. I watched the timer and she hung up a minute and seventeen seconds later.

- AddisonCalls come to our office either before we open or after we close. No answer when we call back. Caller ID says "D & B Receivables", which makes you think Dun and Bradstreet, but per all other postings, there seems to be no affiliation.

- Anita BlackThe call came to my cell phone (relatively new number, only had it for about one month), but no-one answers. Some music plays in the background for a moment, then hangs up. Each one of these calls cost me 20 cents. I am not financially well off, and scrutinize every second I use on the cell phone for absolute necessities. I don't know who it is, or what they want, and can only assume it is a wrong number they are trying to reach.
- Caller: unknown

- staceyI sleep during the day because I work nights. I get so many calls from this number when I am trying to sleep. I can't turn off my phone in case my pregnant daughter needs to get ahold of me. It is really irritating. They don't leave a msg and calling back doesn't help. All I get is a msg saying your call has been transferred to an automated mail box. If it is a "debt" collector it is bogus. I have no debt thanks to filing bankruptcy and all my creditors were notified. If it is about credit cards I don't have any and have never had any. In other words I know they are not legit and need them to stop. Any ideas how?
- Caller: No idea

- Jeff| 1 replyI have received over 16 calls from this company in the last 5 days. I carry no debt or credit cards and have no unpaid bills that would be sent to any collections company, so I tend to doubt they are debt collectors. I do not know who these people are, how they got my number nor what they want. Only once did they leave a message, but it was in barely audible Spanish, so I haven't a clue what was said in the message, as I only speak English. When I answer, nobody responds, until almost a minute later, they hang up. WHAT THE HELL DO THEY WANT??? The company is not identified on my caller-ID, just the number, 330-659-1000. They have even called after 9:00PM on a Sunday...

- beachieI screen my phone calls. This number calls many times a day, early and late. I am ill and screen my calls to offset the aggravation of unwanted calls. Would like to get this stopped as soon as possible. I do not owe them anything. Junk collections.
