336-358-4900 - 28-Jan-2010. They called asking for someone I don't know about a debt.  They've called many times before for the same reason.

I have been receiving calls from numerous bogus numbers. And to stop the aggravation I create contacts on my cell called "dummy" with no ring tone.

This is a collection company that is less than forthcoming.  They appear to enjoy harrassing others but unwilling to give identifiacation upon request I have legal representation sending a letter to them. Very rude people.

I got a call from this company telling me that 4 yrs ago, I was in Best buy, returned and item and got a refund and then supposedly i picked up the item and walked out with it. They say I owe $128.00 for this. For one, even if I did return something to Best Buy, I would not have walked off with the merchandise. Two: wouldn't Best buy have contact local Law Enforcement to at least file a report for the "theft". Also, again, if I returned something using my card, why would I then proceed to "walk off" with it when they have my card info and know who I am? What a scam!

So what if the debt is 21 Years ago...collection activity gets carried on. Pay your bills and all collection activity will be stopped. :)
