We've getting calls from 336-522-8999 (caller ID says it's from North Carolina) three times a day every day for a month. We're never home to pick it up and they never leave a message. Today I picked up and a southern sounding woman said "Hello can I speak to _____". I said "Who are you?" to which she replied "ohh I can't tell you that sir". So then I said "Stop calling us then" and she replied "I'm sorry I can't do that". It seems sort of like stalking since they won't identify themselves and told me they won't stop calling me. I'm not going to give them information until they give ME information first - they're calling ME - and they refuse. So I'm stuck with them. Somebody sue them please.

Its from Citibank/Sears. If you dont have a Sears Card, go to the national do not call list and register your number there. If they keep calling then, you can report them and they can be fined.

Got three calls from this number today. Missed the first two and tried to answer the third but just got silence on the other end. Called back and Citi/Sears answered. They could not tell me why they called. Called the numbers on the back of my Sears and Citi cards and they said my accounts were fine. I suspect caller ID spoofing/marketing/scamming. Careful!

They called back a fourth time, this time they asked for Sonya. She had my phone number over three years ago, before I bought this Virgin Mobile phone. I've never met her, but from all the calls I get for her I've gathered that she had some money problems. Seems like this IS a debt collector service.

Calling me constantly--even on Sunday (Mother's Day).  They will not leave a message, but ask if there is a spouse available.

the caller has a lot of time with the intention of annoying many people.  never leave a message but continues to call at least two times every few days.  there must be some way of ridding this type of insane individuals, perhaps send them to an island in the pacific, leave them there without any contact to the outside world

I received a call from this number and do have a (current) Sears account, so I called back, was asked for confidential info, declined and was transferred to a cranky CSR who was not sympathetic to my refusal to offer my private financial info to a stranger over the phone, and then asked me to verify things I wouldn't know offhand about my account in order to tell me the call was about adding services to my account.  I asked that my name be removed from any lists for anything other than notifying me about issues with my account and she said in a very annoyed tone "It's ONE CALL, MA'AM."  That's not what I read, lady.

I got a call from this number and answered it. It is a Sears/Citibank credit card company. They were looking for a Kimberly Williams. I am not Kimberly Williams. I let the folks there know that I have been getting collection calls from them and several other companies ever since I changed my number in August of 2009. They listed my number as incorrect in they're system.

If  you're getting calls from this number after changing your phone number, I suggest taking the minute or two to let them know that they have the wrong number. I used to get 5-7 calls per week if not more. Ever since I started answering these and other calls that I don't recognize the number calls I get from collectors is less than 2 per month.

Have you changed your number recently?? If you have, the person who used to have your number could be in collections with the company that's calling you. If you answer it and let them know that you just got your number they can list it as an incorrect number and will stop calling you.

I get 5 or 6 calls from this number each day. I am so sick of Sears Citicard calling me. In the past year, that is 12 full months I have only been late one time on my payment. They harrass me all the time worried about the next payment. i am so sick of them. I can't wait to pay off that card and cut the thing up...........

They have called for the past week do not leave a message, I finally answered at 8:00pm and they asked for a name I have not had for 2 years, very suspicoous, yet they have an updated number for me. I do not have a credit card, I am now going to pay for credit reports to ensure no one is using my information.
