I recved the same voicemail and message saying the IRS is suing me and this is a final notice.  It was also the first notice!

On two different phone lines today, I got calls alerting me to IRS suing me for something terrible.  I have received this message before.  I hope no one falls for this scam.

IRS left me a message that "they are filing a suite against us unless I call this number immediately-so frustrated with these scammers as this is the third call in the last 7 weeks from IRS scammers

I received a call from this number 346-229-9798 stating they were the IRS and there is a lawsuit, I need to pay them $6,420.  I got the same call last year.  This is a scam!!!!

Received a robo call voicemail on my cell phone, claiming to be the IRS and will be filling a lawsuit against me. Total scam.

Called the number back and let it ring more than 100 times - no one answered.

got voicemail left today supposedly from the IRS. Called number back no response and not answered. Worried as our social security numbers were hacked last year. I am  presuming this is a hoax. ??

I just got the same call..When I wouldn't verify my home address, she hung up.  Sounded like the call was coming from India.  So this is def fake and I shouldn't worry?

I got the same message as well.  Be aware and don't fall for it.

I got the same call today I had it out with them saying I owe 7000 dollars lol I pay my taxes every year. The nerve of some people

THIS IS A SCAM! If you call, it will eventually be answered. It seems to be a call center with Indian employees. I called a few times. I spoke to one woman and asked where the phone number could be verified. She told me "www.irs.com" SIC, she said "COM". There was also a man who answered. I asked him where I could verify the phone number and he told me "I am not here to make you believe. Go ahead and ignore the call. In 45 minutes the arrest warrants will be filed against you. You will lose all of your assets, you will go to jail...." I asked him again, is there somewhere that I can verify this phone number and he began again: "Go ahead and ignore the call". THIS IS A SCAM, designed to SCARE people into giving their information out, and they need to be STOPPED. I personally am re-dialing this number constantly. Please help me with this, and please report this number to others that can deal with it personally or legally.

Same thing happened to me I googled the number then I called and they wanted my social security number to make sure it was me I told them to f!!k themselves . I am reporting this number to irs and bbb.

it's been a while since I received one of the calls.  Let's say I was receiving so many that I changed my personal van that if this is the IRS to come arrest me.  Guess that didn't stop it.  Tried calling back because I love messing with these morons.  No one seems to answer the dang phone. So disappointed that I can't get them to think I'm going tipsy and then drop a just kidding. Then ill lock the number!

A robo call was received from this number: 346-229-9798.  From a computer generated voice. The caller that does not have a clue who we are.
