1. Any unsolicited calls should be ignored. Microsoft/ Windows/ HP/ Dell they Do NOT CALL CUSTOMERS UNSOLICITED.
2. Do NOT give access to any device.
3. Do NOT share credit/ debit card information with anyone on phone through unsolicited calls.
4. Sadly do a google search and all information pop ups and comes rolling out for these scamsters.

Harry Smith from phone number 347-227-6900 called me and said he was from the Windows Center

They told me that windows operating had a problem with a update that possiblely had a computer virus. And he wanted to get remote access on my computer. Of course I told him no freaking way. And that microsoft would never call asking for access that there normal operating procedures would me calling there tech line. Remember Mircosotf Windows would never ever call you for a repair they would send an update. The person that called was Sam phone number was 347-227-6900

Saw this number called my cell, blocked the number

Yesterday morning had a call from this number, indian guy very broken English told me that he is calling from Microsoft because i have suspicious activity in my computer, probably hackers . I told him that i dont have computer, i new its a scam, he said then its on your laptop, i told him that i dont have laptop either, he was confused , i just hang up.  Ofcause it is a scam! I have computer and i have laptop, i just cant believe that they still think there are people who can provide credit card info to them!

Microsoft scammers tried to call but I cut off unknown numbers before they get VM. Number is now blocked based on reports here.

I saw the number was from out of State that I didn't know. So I didn't answer it. I put it on my BLOCK/REJECT list. Then I see these comments. This SAME number goes back to 2014. How is it they are STILL scamming from this number? How do you report this?

I received a phone call from this number,  I answered in spanish,  they never asnwered.

I got a call from this number and i dont own a computer anymore. This is a scam. I asked who he was talking to and he couldnt even give me my name.

Received a phone call today from some Indian guy claiming to be from Vendosa Operating Center and that I needed to get to my personal computer immediately and that I was being hacked from some unknown source.  The guy didn't even know who the hell he was talking to.  I asked him who he was calling and what was my name.  He didn't know and insisted that I get to my computer.  I told him I thought this was a prank call and hung up on him and then I blocked his number so he can never call me again.  Be aware people....there are [***] out there trying to steal from you.

went to my account change password added two step security so added my cell number
than i received a call to my cell from this number i didn't answered
is like this person knew i was having problems with email? where did he get my number?

A man with a very Indian accent stating he's from Windows asking me if it was ok.  I told him it was not ok and hung up.
