Idiot called me 10 times in 10 minutes. Each time I was ready and blew a whistle into the phone. On the 11th call I proceeded to read him the alert by the FBI dated 12/1/10, told him I had already reported them to the IC3, local law enforcement and the FBI. He proceeded to call me a [***] to which I replied some very unlady like comments. Finally, I have now blocked all calls from this number through my phone service and have also blocked the 000-000-0000 number as well.

I got a call from 347-416-5090 saying he is from a Law Firm and his name was Alex Mathew i got into a argument because he kept harrasing my job i found out through a lawyer they are not a law firm and they try to get extra money out of people, this guy you can't understand him

I knew this was a scam right off back. Same number keeps calling me, but my phone is broken , so i never answer the calls.I check my messages once a week. Some Indian dude keeps leaving me voice messages back to back. I haven't called the number for like a month. At first when he called I didn't understand nothing he said. Next, It seemed like his English  improved more and more  after each message. I can still tell he had an accent.  He said his name is Richard White. Said I was being sued and to call him back because its time sensitive.  What Indian dude you know goes by the name Richard White? Red flag!! I was never worried, but now he calling my work and my boss told me he asked for me. I'm like WTF!!! how did they get my work number? I did my research and came cross this site. Like most of the people here, the calls started after I applied for a loan.  the online site is called money mutual. I applied because of Montel Williams, plus i needed money for my bills.  Two weeks later, after i paid the loan back (200 dollars plus 60 interrest fee) someone company took 59.99  from my bank account using a fake check. I closed my account and the bank gave me back my money.

I keep getting these calls from scam calls like this. This call came from 000-000-0000 and then "Jeff Carter" with the same indian accent. They said that the number I should call is 347-416-5090.  This is getting old and they are going to come and arrest me. Well the only place they call me is work. I am done answering and thinking that I was in trouble.  Someone should take care of these calls.

Got a call from this # today. Very hard to understand with his very heavy Indian accent. Said my wife needed to call about a loan and problems. Obviously a loser! But will make banks aware. I am going to have fun with this one! What a [***]! Will keep calling them I think.

Scam, scam, scam.  These people are calling and harassing me and my daughter.

good morning i am having a very big problem with these guys, they are telling me something about a pay day loan, they are harrasing me at my place of employment, very rude and nasty, told them i was going to the attorney general and he told me [***] you. i cant have this at my job. please someone help me.

i cant take these calls anymore. someone please help me and tell me what i can do a bout this. these guys are very rude and nasty. they are going to make me loose my job. HELPPPPP

I was just telling my co-worker that I was going back to my office and curse him out!!! LOL It's venting time!!!

Yeah,  Same here.  I'm not sure what ACS is, but I had the listen to the message 5 or 6 times...He said his name was Nealson...and I think he tried to say my name on the message but he either murdered it or said the wrong one.  Plus I'm currently not employed, so he will have fun contacting my employer who no longer exists.  Thanks bad economy, you saved me from a scam.

I just called them because when I got home I had a message.  Thank Goodness for your messages because I knew exactly how to deal with these people.  First I asked to speak to David Brown, the man who left the message on my phone, after speaking to John Hudson AKA Tony Hudson, I was told that David Hudson was not available.  I was told to call back later and promptly hung up on! I then called back, I spoke again with John Hudson, he then started to yell into the phone, telling me I was being rude and that he hoped that I ended up in Jail for my birthday!!  This was actually comical!!!  I then asked him for his Bar certification number, which was met with his yelling back to me about how " he didn't want to work with me!"  I kept asking about his bar number,  I even stated every law firm and legal agency has one, give it to me and he kept his mantra " I do not want to deal with you......I do not want to deal with you!!!   Then I asked him what kind of law firm was this when the person who supposed is "trying" to deal with "helping someone" is so beligerent and rude.  Then he called me rude and stated that he would never help me.......  First of all then is this "  David Brown"?!  I don"t know, it did give me an opportunity to get some frustrations off my chest!  Hope he never calls back!!!  In these economic times  it is sad to think that there are people out their praying on people for money, they obviously don't care if you can barely make ends meet, let alone keep feeding you families.  There should be severe punishments for people like this.

just got a call from this number 347-416-5090 from a guy that could hardly speak any english and his name was Joe Marshall and Stephen Smith (yeah right!!!).  He said I had a lawsuit against me for a payday loan that I have outstanding, my question is how do these people get your information??? I'm reporting the number to the police.

Ok so this is interesting. I also received a call from this number, but they informed me their name was Richard White, from American Legal Services, upon researching, I stumbled upon americanlegalservices.com on their main page.. this comment was found:
