Receive 2 calls ferom the irs stating that i have a warrant on my name.  That i will be arrested and that i need to deposit. 7,935.   I completely almost fainted when another caller said that they where on their way to handcuffs me..   Latter realized that it was a fraud because he said he was from the elmwood park pd and the caller id was fron another city.

I am still shaken from this fraud squeme that i was almost a victim today.  This is the report a sent to the irs today.

My name is **^%^89. from elmwood park nj.  I  Receive 2 calls 3475428902 from the IRS stating that i have a warrant on my name. The caller was officer Ryan Wilson id Pl 1236 . Stating that i own the irs 40,000 dollars.  Stating that I had been contacted and i did not respond avoiding the law.  I continue to inquire and after the continue multiple statements proving to me that i was running away from the law and that i had multiple warrant against me , they gave me 2 options, pay the money right now or i will be arrested.   I will be arrested in 20 minutes or that i need to deposit. 7,935.
I completely almost fainted. My body starting sweating and my preasure came down.  My phone fell down and i had to lay down.  Soon after another officer called stating that i needed to stay home because they where on their way to handcuffs me..  #2017934000
I called back after i felt better to the number on the caller id supposedly for the IRS 3475428902 and then another  officer said that i need to make a deposit now to a bank account or be arrested.   And cash.  I said i did not have that money and that they needed to give me proof of the charges.    I later realized that it was a fraud because he said he was calling from the elmwood park police department and the caller id was from rutherford.   I told them to come and arrest me.

This is totally fraud and i cant believe that i was shaken and sweating with my blood preasure low thinking that i was getting arrested and i did nothing wrong..
I am a healthy 41 years old and cant imagine if these people call elderly people here in my community.
I am still shaken from this episode.   I wish the police and IRS could do something about it.

I received a call this morning 9/16/15 from:347-542-8902.
The caller id showed New York and the number.

The recording said they were the IRS and that I was involved in a lawsuit.  They wanted me to call this number, 347-542-8902. I called the number an a man with an Indian accent asked me who I was and what number I was calling from.  I advised this man that he called me so he should know who he called and what number he called.  He said he was looking for (used my husband's name).  I told him that that was my husband. He said I should have my husband call him.

My husband called the number 347 542-8902 and a officer Ryan Wilson badge #PL1236 this time with a Chinese accent "Apparently they are naming people Ryan in China now" told my husband that there was a case#0182164 with the IRS for him trying to defraud the government.

My husband explained that he had only one job and that he have been using the same tax preparer for quite a number of years.  This so call officer Ryan stated that the preparer only reported what my husband gave her and the amount of money he was hiding from the IRS his assets were going to be frozen and a warrant is going to be out for his arrest.  When my husband asked why haven't he received any mailer, officer Ryan said the sheriff have come to our home on several occasions but my husband wasn't there and a certified letter isn't going to be left there unless it is given personally to the person it is addressed to.

Officer Ryan went onto say the case#0182164 carries a $40,000 fine or 4 years in jail and reminded my husband that the conversation was being recorded.  My husband told officer Ryan Wilson he was glad the call was being recorded and that all the information he just received he will be giving to his lawyer and hung up.

My husband called the number back but his number was blocked from calling that number.

FYI everyone the IRS never calls anyone,they send you letters and if you don't respond they garnish your salary and empty everything you have in the bank!!!!!!!!!!!  PLEASE don't fall for this.
