I got a message on my cell and telling me they are a collection co.  When called at work, a different number came up, did not write it down but said they were a federal consolidation services.  Same person calling her self Anna Jones.  When supervisor came on, i said to mail me a certified letter with USPS and they hung up.  Defiantly a scam.  along with another number of 541-702-4031.  both are scams.

a message was left for me to contact my sister from a roger smith he said"this is a very serious legal issue" and for me to contact her she has no idea who he is????

do you know a roger smith? said this is a legal issue? what? have no clue what he's talking about!

The guy had a very heavy Indian accent, I could barely understand him. He said I had an outstanding loan, which I don't, and that if I refused to make a payment by cc today, I will have to appear in court.

Identical to many already described--calling claiming I must send them $500-they faxed me info. to put my credit card authorization-got mad when they couldn't get the money from my account-called my boss and were rude to him-total scam-my daughter who is an accountant talked to them too and they couldn't answer any legal info. that they should know-
-I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING!
Obvious foreign accent claiming to be Richard Miller ...
I am sure they got my info. from payday loan sites that I visited. Any loans I have are also paid and were not with them--HOW CAN YOU GET OUT OF THIS SCAM?

I am reporting them to the Attorney General of my state and getting an attorney myself.

Yesterday i got a phone call from foreign guy saying he is from First State Attorney Office asking for my husband .I said he was not home but i was married to him. he said my husband owed 8,400. I told him we did not owe this.He gave me his number !-706-563-4064.  I looked number on google it said office was in Ga same phone number and a address. Today my husband called and phone said google voice response customer not available. he returned call again and they answered not idendtifing the co. My husband told him his first name only there was someone hollering my husbands name and saying Andy Gibson (which was supposed to be this foreign guys name. No one in office spoke english. After a few moments someone came to the phone and said is this (my husbands full name) and he said yes.He said you want to settle debt.My husband said i have no debts i declared bankruptcy. The man on the phone said ok i check.,and hung up the phone. At no time did anyone in this office say where they really were from or did my husband give his full name.
