I have been getting calls over and over again saying I own money from a loan and they have proof they gave me money. They also said I was getting arrested and sent to jail for not paying them. They said they are sueing me. Can that happen? I never applied for a loan and Idk what they are talking about. His name is Walter Jones

i keep getting calls from him too. The authorities should find the common denominator for everyone this idiot calls. There has to be something in common amongst the call recipients. A payday loan, title load, ..something. find that single commonality, and you find him

I got a call from a Max Clinton.  Approved for a loan up to 5,000.  I am in need of $4,000 to prevent a sheriff's sale on our property that we own free and clear.  Association dues got behnd and this is what hey are doing to us.  So I said yes, will take $4,000 loan.  I was told to purchase a green dot money pack for $300 and give him the 14 digit code on the back.  Ok, like an idiot I did it.  Then I got another call from him that I had to
purchase a $140 moneeey pack for the FTC in order to deposit funds.  I did.  Not a dine in my accountl.
I am so damn mad.  Please stop these guys.  Now I am out $440 and broke.  Can  I do anything about this???

I have received many calls from this number and today I decided to play nice and act interested. The company was identified a Quick Cash Loans and I was asked to call back and speak to Kenneth Webster in order to finalize my loan.

Calls several times a day. I've never answered and the calls are usually followed by a call from a unavailable number. I'm assuming it's the same people. I save numbers like this in my contacts under "Block" Other than that don't know what to do to get it to stop.

It's a PAYDAY loan. The man with the heavy accent poses as various court officials or police from the Norfolk County Sheriff's office of MA.The last time he called he said he was Sheriff John Smith, how original!To be clever I said, Hi John Smith, my name is Pocahontas, remember me? He didn't like that and hung up on me! I find his messages comical, and he repeats my name throughout the message threatening to come to my work or home to arrest me, but with his heavy accent it sounds so ridiculous, and he is DEFINITELY not a John Smith. He is a liar and isn't even calling from our country.I have never gotten a Payday Loan in my life. I blocked the call on my fax machine using the block junk calls list, but there are several numbers from this caller. I have run out of space to block any more calls. He also calls my cell and my son's cell too. I keep telling him I didn't take out any Payday loan and stop harassing me!He wanted my bank info to verify this which I would not give him. He needs to stop using American names from history books.

I recieve a call frim this # also, says his name is Sean whatever, same thing i  took a payday loan  out with cash advance in 2012 of December, which was a big fat lie, what is wrong with these non speaking [***] .

This number keeps calling me telling me that I have been approved for a loan. Did not apply for a loan.
