Phil Imbrenda is a  good man. He is a business man that brings out the best in his employees. In your post you say you hear he is these things. Well lets just say I know he isn't.  He has changed peoples lives by teaching the fundamentals of good business. He may be tough but that's because he knows when most people our about to give up is when something great is about to happen and the successful people keep going and don't stop until they reach there goals.  He cares for his employees  and their families and shows that gratitude .

I find it hard to believe your claims on the reputation of this company when I had to struggle with your grammar errors. Spell check should be used the next time you go to bat for such an upstanding reputable company as you're apparently their front man.

I worked for this company for less than 60 days and here is what you should know.
Phil Imbrenda degrades his employees... black employees are put to train by the only black man that works there.
Phil has a right to call you a fat pig and a cow if your pregnant or not. He can call you pathetic, stupid, worthless but you can not call him a grinch which he very much is. He will pretend to like you IF you provide him with sales. Phil has a serious drug problem and if you listen to the office enough you will know to what. Women are worthless in his eyes. He degrades, barades, and abuses Melissa daily! I do not believe Scott knows how abusive Phil is to his employees. Ken is a very kind man and Phil mocks him being black and makes fun of the way he talks. He talks about every employee behind there back. Melissa,  and two guys could easily walk and claimspages would collapse. The fate of your advertising dollar is in there hands. Phils employees are subject to music with foul language, sexual context, so loud contractors hang up. They are not allow to sit. While I was there a woman was forced to quit do to health issues and phil would not let her stand. Last I heard from a current employee it has only gotten worse. Phil is out of control and god himself won't let him in the gates of heaven.
