no one says anything when i say hello, it's very creepy. about 5-10 seconds later they hang up.

Boat Blowhard scaming a cruise originates from Port Angeles, Washington. Someone find them and please kill them.

I am so, sick of them calling my husband and myself. But, there calling back to back and when we answer they hang up!

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

This might be the way that our mobile service provider using the auto dialing to abuse the minutes from their user, which will help them in making more money on your bill, for example, auto dialing for 1000 times a day, will help them over 20000 minutes costing on their members, if not, why they don't use their authorities to stop this annoying call to show you that having a better service as more privacy protected?

II've got a call from this number 3604610018 at 4:52 4:53 & 7:23 i'm calling back but it's not working. It can be something serious, how do I know who called.

I just got this call on my private cell phone & have no idea how they could have gotten the number. It was a recording that said if I answered some survey questions I could win a trip to the Bahamas. That's as far as I listened before hanging up.

Called me on my cell today. Missed the call and called back but just got a busy signal!! I'm sick of these spam callers.

This number has called my unlisted cell, and at least 1 other person I know.  Can this be stopped?
