I think and suspect I've been getting these calls for the past weeks, I got it today and decided to just check...

@ Raven;  Thanks alot for that info about how to get your number removed. You are a lifesaver. They have been waking me out of bed everyday. I work nights and have to keep my cell on during the day because I am on call for emergencies.

this number calls and when I answer nobody says any thing

This number comes across on my caller ID as, "IND SUR GROUP."  This is a Political Survey Group, stating, "I know you are interested in politics and I should take their 30 second survey. It's an automated voice and call.  I get this call around 3 to 5 times a week.

STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what came up in my caller i.d., too. "Ind Sur Group". Like I'm going to answer that!

I submitted our business number, but as soon as I did, I worried a little bit about it just being a way to verify real numbers!

Just received a call from these guys on my google voice number.  They actually left a message!  They claim to be doing a political survey but then ask you to stay on the line after so that they can give you a "free cruise" but you DO have to pay a "small port fee."  It's a scam, it's illegal and I feel sorry for anyone out there who's not clued in enough to think they're not legit.  I hope they choke.

During the past three months I have received dozens of calls from this number.
Sometime calls have a recorded message about participating in a political survey. On several calls, an automated voice states they were calling in behalf of the republican party.

I have also received identical calls from 360-529-6981, 360-474-3907 and 360-529-6912 during the same period.

So much for the Do Not Call List!

I am sick to death of these annoying calls
Every one is the same, no matter the number on the caller ID.
Want to participate in a brief political poll?? If you do we will reward you with a pair of tickets for a two day cruise.  I DO NOT WANT TO GO ON A TWO DAY CRUISE TO ANYWHERE.  I have filed repeated complaints with the FCC  They just keep changing their caller ID numbers
I also (fool that I am, have returned their calls and "to be placed on our permanent do not call list" have pressed #1 until my index finger was bleeding.
Why bother??
These crooks will do whatever it takes to get under your skin and will not worry about how much they bother you as long as they find the occasional victim.
Fair enough, I guess,  Why can I not get them to stop bothering me?

Our phone ID said "Washington". Recorded message started with like President Obama and we were on a list to owe back taxes and I hung up. I called their number and they said that if we were not on a state or federal list to owe back taxes, to press 9 to get off their list.

It sounded like a message to everyone from Republicans trying to make people afraid of our president. It sounded like the dirty tricks Republicans are known for.

I'm getting so many of these calls, it's ridiculous. But I don't answer and if they can't be bothered to leave a message, they must not  want to talk to me. Yawn!
