Got another phone call (6:23pm) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize, that I have marked in my contact list as a "Telemarketer" with a silent ringtone.  (This number is #42 of 43 so marked.)  
(Does this mean that they are still involved in Interstate Fraud?)  
Once again, they of course, left no message.  
As always (especially with numbers marked as "Telemarketer"), I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.  

I'm still on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a couple of years now.  
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)  

Once again, I'm going to
http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls.  
(Yes, I will once again go through all those steps.)  [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]

Getting repeated calls from this number. It immediately hangs up after I pick up and when I call back reports a disconnected number.

This number is on my "block" list and I still keep getting calls.  How can that be???

I got a call from the same number, and after saying hello 3 times, I got the computer generated "Goodbye" and a hang-up.

But when I called back 10 seconds later, it says, "You have reached a disconnected number belonging to Pacific Telecommunications Group. This number is not in service, if you feel you have reached this number in error, please hang up and re-try your number. Thank you."

WTF?

This number called me right after I logged onto my Tmobile account to check something. After a delay an Asian sounding man said sorry wrong number and hung up. I put him on the reject list on my cell in case he calls again.

A scam call - company identified as "USS" on my caller ID.  A search of those initials and the term, "telemarket" revealed this phone number also being used, 360-474-3968, with similar comments resulting from the public at large.

Got this call today at 4:00 p.m. Did not accept call but i called back. The ansewer message says i have reached Pacific Communications Services and that this phone number is not in service.
Now why would they ansewer and tell you the number is not is service?
I got a call from this number on November 5 also. I didn't ansewer

This number called me today, I answered to "dead air", followed by a computer generated "goodbye" after about 8 seconds like the rest of the callers! I am on the DNC list and that doesn't seem to make a difference.........ugghhhh frustrated!
