Didn't answer call as number not recognized, nor do I know anyone from WA.  No message left.  Based on previous reports here, glad I didn't bother!

They call my phone and don't leave a message.  So annoying

Sounded like and automated message regarding "my" card services. Gave 2 options of pressing 1 to list something and 2 to disconnect. Scam to me.

Missed a call from 360-778-8788 at 11:15, no voicemail left.

called about credit card. said they could improve my interest rate. SCAM!

We got a call too - today (12/3).  The line was busy when I called back.

I heard the same message and decided to connect to one of the representatives.  I asked him what company he was with and he hung up on me right away.  I tried calling it back and it was just a busy dial tone.

Got this call last night.  It is the first prank or scam call that I received on my cell phone.  There was no message.  Also, I don't know anyone in
Washington state.

This is a known criminal enterprise.

DO NOT answer this call. They often listen to hear if a real person answers (instead of voice mail) and then hang up.

They are collecting telephone numbers and listening to the voice that answers and says, "Hello"

They determine if the voice is male or female and what the age may be. They are collecting phone numbers, voices, times of day a person is home, and then selling this information to other telemarketing companies to commit fraud targeted at elderly people at home during the day.

Just received a call from this number.  Noted that it was in the State of Washington, but no idea why I would be receiving a call from anyone in the State of Washington ... As with everyone else, they left no message.

Called me while I was at work.  I let my voicemail get it, but they didn't leave a message.  I tried calling back from my work phone, but all I received was a busy signal.  

Got a call at 9:33am on 12/6/13.  Auto dialer saying they were account services & they could lower my credit card interest rates to as low as 6%.  Funny thing is that I don't have any credit cards.  I hung up & don't know if a real person ever got on the line.

I stayed on the line to speak to a person.  I asked the caller to remove my number from the call list.  He told me to go to hell, then hung up.

A woman just called my dad about "card services" instructing him to push button 1; dad hung up. Be careful now!

Same thing here. While on the phone with a friend call waiting showed Bellingham City. I have a couple of business deals closing so I thought maybe it is one of the clients. I answered, no one there when I said hello then a busy signal. I am sick of telemarketers and crooks.

Got a call today, and I am on the Federal and State Do Not Call list, which this service is ignoring.....
