This number is used by a company only listed as "S". This seems to be a new number for them to utilize since their other number is getting a bit worn. Their other number is 360-848-6540, which has a longer following of unhappy recipients on this website.

"S" is SB&C LTD, 360-848-6552, from Mount Vernon, WA, & is also known as Skagit Bonded Collectors,
P.O. Box 519, 1520 E. College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.  

They have one that comes up as: 800 SERVICE; then the number listed is: 1-888-606-0049.

Bob Paciotti is listed as: Owner

They start their recorded calls as early as 8:10 AM, & usually make a series of FIVE of those stupid, harrassing calls every TEN MINUTES.  They pretty much do this every other day of the week using the 800 SERVICE number...BUT they also call using SB&C Ltd caller id & now the "S" caller id, too...same calling pattern.  So they are HARRASSING, & violating RCW 19.16.250.

This company calls and calls even after threat of legal action. They called and annoyed my grandmother over and over. My issue was supposed to be taken care of and they are calling again.

They are calling me regarding a family member.  Anyone know how I can make THEIR life uncomfortable.

Even threat of legal action they still call you. This has been more than five years for me. Best you can do is block the number.

tell them that the creditor wrote it off as bad debt and that you don't have a contract with the company.they will automatically refuse to call you back. and then do the same on your credit report.

Called me and asked me to verify birthdate, I asked who was calling and she refused to give me information.  Said she can't until I verify.  Told her I refuse to verify anything over the phone, especially when you won't say who you are.  She said fine I'll mark this as a refusal.  told her that's fine by me.

This is a collector picking up on a settled, written off, or defaulted account, with the intention to intimidate you to pay. They make a ridiculous profit and the original debt never sees a penny.
I went through an unfortunate 10months without income, unemployable, That finacially wreaked havok on my life.

Over this time I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, am still unemployable and live on a very limited fixed income.

I am not proud of falling behind on debts. But I did manage to settle on most. Others were written off or defaulted.

Companies such as this company are not legitimate services, they are purely predators.

I will never do them the favor of acknowledging them.
THEIR NUMBERS ARE BLOCKED!!!

They constantly keep calling threatening legal action against me. Credit collection agencies aren't supposed to do that. uf only I Could Afford To Pay For An Attorney!

Caller seeking payment for a debt that has already been paid.  Unpleasant.

Call me everyday while I'm working, and call my employer as well.

360-848-6552 called me this morning, but the message from a real womens voice said to please call 469-284-8589 reguarding my social security, I looked up number it was reported as a scam like number.

Recorded message about a debt that I don't have.

Just called.  Asked me if I was my first name and I immediately said who are you, who is this calling?  She said "Lucy"  I would not acknowledge if the name she used to address me was right or wrong.  Then she tried to get out a last name as I asked her what she wanted followed by her hanging up.
