Another misleading robo call announcing a new program for Federal student loan reduced monthly payments (other calls hint at complete loan forgiveness).

Their "shotgun" approach to making mass phone calls, hoping to find a few people who owe student loans, and their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethic, doesn't it?

My voicemail truncated the first few words, but here is a transcript of the call:

[female voice] "...calling to let you know that your student loan has been flagged to receive a rate and payment reduction of up to 40% as part of the new government student debt relief program released by President Obama on December 12th 2013. Press 1 to be connected to a live operator to take advantage of this new program or press 5 to decline this offer."
