I got the call from +37181065174 and receiving it, it got disconnected after 1 second. calling back i hear something to do with a divert. what is happening

got the call yesterday from this number I picked up and it went off - so I redialed an indian woman picked up and told me my name so I sad yes? And she started talking something that she is calling from some company in India and "I have....some stuff but it was really hard to understand her because she was talking in broken english. I think it's some kind of scam and don't know I redialed but anyway Hope they get a good beating in the end.
