A woman called, claiming that she called from 'Switzerland'. She didn't want to say what company she called from.

Really bad reception, hard to hear what she said. She started asking about what skin products I used. I didn't want to answer and tried to end the conversation. Finally I just had to hang up on her.

10 minutes of just mumbojumbo talk about skincare products. Was hard to hear what she was saying. English/russian accent.

You could hear people cheering in the background and yelling- probably someone did a good salecall.

Ended with me saying that I wanted to talk to her manager otherwise I would hang up the phone. She said bye bye in a very dissapointing voice.

Lady called from this number . Said she called from Lugano.  Talked about skin care. Knew my name, and was very hard to get rid of.  Whats the clue.

Just got a call from this number. "Martha" tried to convince me to let them send the product to me without having to pay on the phone but instead I could test it for 5 whole days (as if that would make a difference) before giving THEM a call in order to pay! I very politely told her several times that I NEVER buy stuff on the phone, she responded that I was not going to PAY on the phone but that I would do that later.
Finally another woman took over the conversation, very polite (and with better English) but very pushy about the product. I don't feel comfortable just hanging up on people but I was considering it. :) She finally gave up though and wished me a nice weekend. They we really hard to get rid of!

They also call Copenhagen in Denmark.
Noise in the background. It was difficult to hear the speaker. I just hung up.

Called my cell phone.

Hard to place accent. Hard to understand. Noisy connection. Couldnt make out background noice. Woman calling from Lugano (Switzerland?) about a skin survey. This one apparently for men. Unfortunately I have a beard, so I dont use products for shaving.

A few questions later the connection was lost. She hasnt called back yet.

Maybe she thought I hung up. - Im beginning to think I owe my phone company a thank you for losing the connection ;-)

Oh and Im in Copenhagen too.

Got a call from this number yesterday. Missed it. But seems not to be a waste! Blaclisted the number.

Same story. Obviously attempted fraud. Guess she would have asked for mye credit card details if I had not hung up after 30 seconds. Received three calls in 30 minutes from three different numbers in Italy. One from the Turin region, one from Padova and from the vicinity of Venice according to Italian yellow pages, while the lady claimed she was calling from Switzerland. This is spelled FRAUD!!

A girl called me from Switzerland 5 minutes ago. She knew my last name, and asked if I could answer some questions for a study. Just hanged up the phone and blocked the number...

Got a call yesterday, but did not reply as the number was unknown - from a country that I hardly would receive any call from. Checking this page confirmed my suspicions.

Didn´t answer because of unfamiliar number and country code. I live in Norway, don´t know anyone in Italy...
Caller also left a 5 sec empty voicemail, all you could hear was general chatter in the background

Got a call, but i don't pick up when i see it's from another country and im not aspecting it. Guess i assuemed right

This is so creepy. Same thing happened to me a couple days ago, but my phone said the call came from Italy. Didn't pick up. And this is after I have been harassed by multiple Swedish numbers for a while. (2-3 numbers calling me up to 5 times a day) I emailed someone over at those companies and told them about my aspergers, and that I have a hard time saying no etc. I guess they go for easy targets.

But now I'm getting calls from Italy? (where the caller claims to be in Switzerland according to above posts, lol, wonder what she would say if I picked up the phone just have them all on block, and thankfully, atleast  n android, you can block the SMS about them having called you, so you won't even get a notification when they call.
Watch out for fraud!
